I went to Hy Vee on 6.8.2021 at appx 12:30 Tuesday afternoon. I always hold Hy-Vee to a higher standard than the other store down the street. While visiting the Deli department I witnessed SEVERAL EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING GLOVES. No one in face mask and a young man making to go sandwiches bare handed. INEXCUSABLE FOR TODAY.

Picked up our grocery order today and six of our lunch items had expired, the pretzels and a yogurt were cut open. One of the lunch items (Hillshire lunchable) had expired 1/3/2020!!!

No more Hyvee for me. I have nothing good to say about them. Not. A. Thing. I’ll be taking my hefty 7 family member grocery shopping right back to Price Chopper where they treat people well. Plus, they are cleaner, more reasonable on pricing, and don’t treat their employees like crap. Enough reasoning for me to take my business elsewhere.

Not only is this Hy-Vee typically filthy, one employee took his time to watch my transactions and only mine at self checkout. I am a business owner and an afford food but thanks for making me feel uncomfortable while I entered my payment information. Oh and I am black

Recent pick up order was ready 45 minutes late, was missing an entire bag, and had a yogurt product in it that expired back in April. Nothing was offered for compensation other than them refunding the total of the items that were in the bag they missed. Will not be returning here.
Great produce, meats and Bakery. I've never shopped at Englewwod, only Prospect and Liberty. I assume they are the same. I tried to get my first delivery today. This is the closest store to me now. I live 3.1 miles from them, they don't deliver in my area.

Tried pick up service tonight order was incomplete. My husband went in the store and found several items that I had to try to order for pick up. Don’t understand what happened. But costumer service did apologize for being out of stock on certain food items and incomplete pick up order and very nice about it. Most important my husband notice that this Hy-Vee vs the Liberty Hy-Vee was not making the extra effort as Liberty Hy-Vee in cleaning the check our belt to put your food on and most employees not wearing mask to mention a few things.

Inconsistent and wildly unorganized. Overmatched by demand, lack of communication starting at the top. General managers and regional managers have not prepped their stores whatsoever for the type of delivery business they want to conduct. Some days are great, most days are frustrating struggle. Maybe growing pains, maybe learning curve.

this store smells like raw sewage every single time i walk into it, it’s disgusting. the store has really gone downhill within the past year. i won’t be going back and i suggest you don’t either. hard to shop while holding your breath so you don’t puke.

The Englewood Location has went down hill for months. I hate that, used to good. Now the shelves are 1/2 stocked and they have less selections. Can't use gas cents off, the old wornout debit/credit machines work half the time and a lot of the employees are rude. What Happened to this store? So sad. I will have to make another choice. Won't go back.
