The lady on the phone tried to say yall dont send out burnt cookies when my wife told her the issue. Clearly burnt, rock solid, non-edible cookies. On top of that missing cookies. Unexceptable as I order from here all the time and the quality has been declining.

I love insomnia and was very disappointed moving to Orlando and trying this location (N Orange Ave). The cashier acted like he did not want to be at work and my cookies were NOT warm... Very disappointed. Maybe the next location will stick to the standard.

I will never order from here again. I ordered through uber eats and the delivery person called one time while I was away from the phone and then marked it delivered. Literally robbed me. Again will never order from here whether it be online in person.
