Granted we ordered off DoorDash however the cookies were hard as rocks. We could literally bang them on the table. When I opened my container of ice cream it was completely melted and was like foam. We don’t live far and the bag was not a chilled bag. First and last time. Please don’t waste your money.

Food is fine, main complaint is that the manager is impossible to get in touch with and never seems to be present when I ask to speak to her or when she'll be available. Employees don't seem to know when she's really gonna be in and when she is she has a bad attitude.

We stopped in here to satisfy our sweet tooth after lunch. We were unable to order ahead through the app because there was no option for pickup, only delivery (with about a 50% markup on the total sale). We bought 7 cookies to go, but I was disappointed to see that they were all just placed layered on top of each other and were difficult to separate 15 minutes later. Don't get me wrong, the cookies were good but given the size and to-go packaging (which is really the only way you can get these cookies, so you'd think they would have a better system), I just didn't feel the value was there. We wish we would have treated ourselves to something yummy somewhere else.
I've been here a lot. Love the cookies, the staff is lovely. Though, out of all the people I've encountered here, it seems like the management is kind of problematic.
A few times I've come in there's been a tired looking, but sweet girl working the counter, while what i can assume to be a manager was lounging around and acting terribly towards her, i think his name was Austin?
I hope the higher-ups will treat her better, and fire the lazy kid they have as a manager.
Two people holding down the whole store on a Saturday! They were hustling and doing an excellent job! Cookies and Ice Cream were DELISH! Dude kicked a weird Spider-Man dress up guy out for being being creepy too. Five stars for that too.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have a huge sweet tooth and had a cookie craving. I went in and had a very rude worker talk down to me when I asked questions( I literally only asked two questions). When I ordered my cookies and left, I bit into a burnt stale cookie. I was not happy about that, so I tried my second cookie and it was the same outcome. I didn't want to go back because of how I was treated. It was truly a waste of my money. I definitely prefer Crumbl Cookies over Insomnia. ? Yuck!

This evening I placed an online pickup order. The website didn't say anything was out of stock. When my boyfriend went to pick it up they were out of almost everything and had a bad attitude when he asked what flavors they actually had in stock.I'm sad because I love a good sweet treat but I won't want to return for a long time.
