If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have a huge sweet tooth and had a cookie craving. I went in and had a very rude worker talk down to me when I asked questions( I literally only asked two questions). When I ordered my cookies and left, I bit into a burnt stale cookie. I was not happy about that, so I tried my second cookie and it was the same outcome. I didn't want to go back because of how I was treated. It was truly a waste of my money. I definitely prefer Crumbl Cookies over Insomnia. ? Yuck!

This evening I placed an online pickup order. The website didn't say anything was out of stock. When my boyfriend went to pick it up they were out of almost everything and had a bad attitude when he asked what flavors they actually had in stock.I'm sad because I love a good sweet treat but I won't want to return for a long time.

I've never been in this store so I can't rate the atmosphere. I've always ordered off doordash but I definitely notice who delivers it. Because sometimes they deliver it themselves. All I have to say is. It's always top tier. Orders are ALWAYS on point and I literally cannot get enough. Thank you for curing my late night cravings ?

Stopped by this evening for a cookie. The lady that helped me was super friendly!
Right when I entered the door the cashier lady was yelling at the people in front of us ordering. I was skeptical I was going to get the same service. Everything was fine. I got the chocolate chip cookie, and sugar cookie. Was very pleased ! They were so soft and warm. Wish I got more! But please work on the staff and service.

Don’t expect to actually get your cookies. We ordered at 6 pm. We were told it would arrive around 7. As it approached on the tracker, I went to our hotel lobby and waited for 20 minutes. Finally checked again and it disappeared. I called and they said they would send another order immediately. It’d only take 20 minutes. At an hour after that call, the tracker still didn’t show it’d left. Our kids went to bed disappointed and an hour after their bedtime, awaiting cookies. Save yourself the disappointment.
