You would think that in an area like this, they would be accustomed to large crowds leaving nearby venues however, they were not. We got there 10 minutes after our concert let out, waited in like for 20 minutes, and they only had 3 cookie options left. This poor girl was working by herself, baking cookies, ringing people up, making orders, and dealing with angry, tired customers lined up around the building. She was kind, patient, and worked so hard!!! This place should have staffed at least 3 people and prepped accordingly for the nearby event.

Insomnia has a large menu overall with a few vegan cookies available. The vegan birthday cake is delicious, but they also have chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk options. If you’re craving a cookie, this will definitely scratch that itch!

So they forgot to give as a cookie and when we told them they said that was a minor inconvenience even though we paid 42$ and only three witch where the tripple chocolate chunk where fresh the others where hard and the cookie with the filling was mush not trying to be a karen bit this was disappointing 🖤

Their cookies came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The customer service person that helped us was super friendly when she found out it was our first time we got to sample some of her favorites. It was later in the evening and had recently snowed. Not very crowded. Buildings were lit up for the holidays. The cookies were a perfect ending to a great day.
Dietary restrictions: Had a gluten-free chocolate chip that you couldn't tell was gluten free.
I was picking up an order for a delivery last night there is a bell that notify's an employee that a customer is walking in, wasn't greeted and wasn't even looked at as the young lady kept on her phone call and kept her back to me, I finally said hello and she still didnt acknowledge my existence and finished her phone call still with her back to me I told her I was there to pick up an order for delivery and she still didn't bother to even look at me said that's gonna be a wait got up and walked off. As a delivery driver I'm still a human being and being treated like trash by a child was enough for me to NEVER accept another order from that company period. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TRASH. AVIOD IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY RESPECT.
