So they forgot to give as a cookie and when we told them they said that was a minor inconvenience even though we paid 42$ and only three witch where the tripple chocolate chunk where fresh the others where hard and the cookie with the filling was mush not trying to be a karen bit this was disappointing š¤

Their cookies came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The customer service person that helped us was super friendly when she found out it was our first time we got to sample some of her favorites. It was later in the evening and had recently snowed. Not very crowded. Buildings were lit up for the holidays. The cookies were a perfect ending to a great day.
Dietary restrictions: Had a gluten-free chocolate chip that you couldn't tell was gluten free.
I was picking up an order for a delivery last night there is a bell that notify's an employee that a customer is walking in, wasn't greeted and wasn't even looked at as the young lady kept on her phone call and kept her back to me, I finally said hello and she still didnt acknowledge my existence and finished her phone call still with her back to me I told her I was there to pick up an order for delivery and she still didn't bother to even look at me said that's gonna be a wait got up and walked off. As a delivery driver I'm still a human being and being treated like trash by a child was enough for me to NEVER accept another order from that company period. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TRASH. AVIOD IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY RESPECT.

Rudest employee working at 3:47pm on Saturday. What we ordered: one double mint chocolate chip cookie, one ice cream sandwich: both cookies white macadamias and the ice cream some think like ādreamweaver.ā we didnāt take long, no one was in line behind us, and we asked politely. even though, she was rude the whole time. Mannerisms (rolling eyes, slamming the cup with spoons on the counter, sighing loud and dramatically after anything she did, sliding the ice cream sandwich so hard across the counter that it almost fell on the floor on our side), the way she spoke (snappy, bad tone, and half a second after anything we answered, almost talking over us, she would ask āis that all?!??ā Like what do you mean, you just asked the cookie flavors for the sandwich, you havenāt asked the ice cream flavor yet)
Iām not a person who will just say āget another job if you donāt like this oneā, I wonāt expect kiss ass service either. Just be a regular person to regular people. I know most people donāt want to be at work I get it I did fast food for so long and I HATED it. But that wasent the customers fault. Especially if they did nothing wrong. My bad circumstances isnāt anyone problem.

Bad attitude workers. I called to asked where the order was and they were pissed off I tried to find out what was going on after an hour
Paid for 12 cookies got 7.. 1st call friendly and very apologetic. 1 1/2 hours later.. called to follow up and young lady sounded as if I was an inconvenience. New customer but not one for long unless they open a store closer to my area and are able yo higher a more competent and friendlier staff.

I only asked for my receipt to get her name. She didn't say thank you have a good night or anything just huffing and puffing!

First time ever going into Insomnia Cookies. Arrived at 10 PM, employees seemed inconvenienced by our arrival, and scoffed because we were not immediately ready to order. Once we were ready to order, the young woman taking our order was on her phone and refused to make eye contact with us, we werenāt even sure she was even ready for our order until I said āwe are ready to orderā and she snapped back, āIām listeningā¦ā all while refusing eye contact. Overall, horrible customer service! Finally got our cookies and they were mid, bone dry, and hard like a brickā¦definitely not worth almost $3 a piece. Also ice cream is just Blue Bell, so save your money and walk a block north to Cosentinos and buy a gallon of Blue Bell there, along with some of Cosentinos cookies, cause lord knows they are better than Insomniaās.

They didn't seem know what was going on and when I asked to cancel my order and a refund employee said they didn't know how to do refunds. So I pretty much just had to wait. Ireceived my order at 2:55am. I would give them zero stars if I could.
