Insomnia has a large menu overall with a few vegan cookies available. The vegan birthday cake is delicious, but they also have chocolate chunk and double chocolate chunk options. If you’re craving a cookie, this will definitely scratch that itch!

Their cookies came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The customer service person that helped us was super friendly when she found out it was our first time we got to sample some of her favorites. It was later in the evening and had recently snowed. Not very crowded. Buildings were lit up for the holidays. The cookies were a perfect ending to a great day.

Dietary restrictions: Had a gluten-free chocolate chip that you couldn't tell was gluten free.

We got insomnia at about 8pm last night and by then they were already out of a few kinds of cookies - which we were disappointed by. Don't expect crumbl size from these, as they are much smaller (although they're about the same price). The cookies were warm and tasted good, but we were just sad that they were already out of a few flavors despite not closing for 5-6 more hours. Staff member was nice.

Vegetarian options: This menu is entirely vegetarian...
