Service was good. Chips and salsa were good. They don’t have any type of cheese sauce though which blew my mind. Cheese quesadilla with a little dab of lettuce , tomato, sour cream and guac was ten dollars. Small soft shell tacos were okay.

Very cozy, authentic Mexican restaurant. Both dishes were great however the Pollo Ixtapa definitely needed more rice with all that sauce on the plate. But the burrito was huge and again both dishes were fresh and flavorful. They also have a very fine selection of Mezcal & Tequila. The chips and salsa & guacamole ?? were also delicious. I would certainly eat here again.

Very unsanitary. Also food was not that great. We ended up leaving. Cause they do not serve good prepared food. Also with being allergic to certain kinds of food. They aren't trained in how not to cross contaminate. Very dangerous. Would not recommend.

Still one of my favorite places in all of Kansas City. Definitely a treat in the Northland. I try to get something different every time I go.This time I had the Rob Salad. The chicken was divine - moist, seasoned, flavorful. Absolutely perfect. The service is always good, and though the place doesn't have a lot of atmosphere, the charm is there.

Food does not have any seasoning, whatsoever. Service is fast, restaurant is okay- I knew the experience was going to be different when the beans were baked beans... and the cheese dip was like nothing I've ever seen. Everything went in the trash.
