The staff here kicks major ass! I’m there frequently picking up orders n they’re one of the faster n def politer restaurants in the Legends area. N a big shout out to the guy running the fryer. That dude comes in clutch when they’re slammed. Try the egg rolls.
They are not open 24 hours, they close from 3am to 4am every day.

Just went there around 12:44 and this girl who was taking our order yelled at us saying “CAN YOU NOT YELL” it honestly took us really by surprise, and when we tried to order again she gave us even more attitude. Worst service ever, don’t go here

I did not eat in store. I used a delivery service. I was very dissatisfied with Jack in the box- AGAIN. UNFORTUNATELY it is the delivery service who has to pay for the stores mistakes. This is the 4th time I have ordered from them thru the delivery service. I wouldn't have ordered except my husband loves the sourdough bread. But every time so far I have gotten the egg rolls and paid for extra sauce. And every time I have gotten no sauce at all. And this time the whole other half of my order was missing. So I was credited by the delivery service. But it was the stores fault and this type of service from them is getting ridiculous. I work at a restaurant that uses this same delivery service, and I always try to make the orders right and I take pride in doing my best to keep customers coming back. Not Jack in the box on 18th st in KC ks.very They seem to me to be quite incompetent and lazy, not caring how they send the orders out like. So no I do not recommend this store to any future customers. Eat elsewhere and save yourself a big disappointment and even bigger headache of the refund for the missing or wrong items.
24 hour place but I just came through the drive through and they say they are only taking door dashes, and will not take our order. Very rude. And now are currently stuck in the lane but can’t even get food:)

I don't know why, but I love their "two tacos" tacos! They are just the best little snack- horrible for your health I'm quite sure but tasty! The menu at this fast food restaurant is vast. There are several burgers to choose from- I've had them a couple of times and they are quite good. I love the amount of different sides that are available- everything from egg rolls to french fries to mozzarella sticks. Everyone can find something they like here!

I loved my tacos yesterday. Fresh and hot. Just enough of fresh crispy lettece and salsa. Left me craving today.
It was freezing cold in the restaurant; which made it very uncomfortable for me to sit there in the dining room and enjoy eating my lunch. That’s why I deducted one star. I went out to my car to grab my hoodie. Apparently, I want the only one who thought it was very cold inside.
The ladies I enteracted with were professional.
I had to clean my own table but soon after I arrived, someone was cleaning tables. They need to fix the table I sat at because it wobbles. I had to put folded napkins under one of its legs to stop the wobbling.
Busy location. Even though the dining room was not full. People constantly coming and going and the drive-thru too was constant.
Parking: Disabled parking right up front the door of the business. Parking lot clean. Looked safe in a good neighborhood.
