Food is good always saying customer service customer service, so I called to see what time they closed they answered (6’ o’clock 6 o’clock) and I’m saying thank you and you hang up in my face. If you that busy don’t answer. You not right around the corner from me and I’m going later than usual. Black ppl always talking about how we don’t support and when you try to y’all attitudes service is terrible. Just lost a repeat and while there will be others it want be me. Spend my hard earn elsewhere.

Very very rude won't be going back.

All I can say is, “whoa”! I have to start with the fact that they had the BEST German Chocolate Cake I’ve ever tasted outside of Germany! Fluffy and the perfect level of sweetness!
They are very personable, as if they’ve know you your whole life. My burger and fries was delicious. I can’t wait to go back for work lunch!

Food was great, portions were huge, and the cook was a cool dude. I ordered the Polish sausage and while it was really good it was the fried mushrooms were some of the best I've ever had

I swung by after seeing some pics of the food on Google, and let me tell you—they did not disappoint. I ordered a double hamburger with fried mushrooms, and it was ridiculously good. My brother got a beef Polish sausage that looked amazing too. Make sure you show up hungry! The Head Chef / Owner is seriously proud of his food and even asked for our thoughts. Service was top-notch. I’m definitely coming back.

Wish Jim's had set hours. Have a black owned business right next door to me and some days I get off work, the place isn't open at 4pm.

Actually, I went to new restaurant, Reed's, next door to Jim's Burgers. I had the air fried Salmon Burger seasoned to perfection ( not too salty, thank you) on a buttered and toased brioche bun, garnished with romaine lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, a special sauce and something else I can't remember because it was soo darn good!! I also had the banana pudding and strawberry banana pudding for desert. Both were great! I

Love this place, Jim is friendly and always knows my order. Highly recommend for burger fanatics.

Hands down the best burger I've had in KC. You can definitely tell this is no preformed burger but handmade and cooked to perfection. I bought the double cheeseburger and it was so big I made two meals out of it. Definitely an inflation fighter if you know what I meann. Going to head back soon for the lunch special of burger, fries and drink for $12.
