Had food delivered via UberEats and it was awful. Everything was cold, asked for tomato, lettuce pickle on the side, was on the sandwich-with onions-which I can't have. Sandwiches were soggy and the fries weren't even warm. Will not order again and also canceled UberEats as they would only offer a 50% refund in UberEats credit and the restaurant hasn't answered so I was unable to get it resolved through Jim's Diner either.

Burgers need some seasoning and the buns not toasted and huge in relation to the burgers and the chilli is just bad tasting , I wish I would've just got regular fries I had to waste the whole thing cause they was covered in that nasty chilli.

The fries were good and hot. Not many for the price. But the big disappointment was the burger. Burnt on one side and all I could taste was the burnt burger. If I lived closer I would’ve taken it back but just a waste of almost $20.

Literally one of the best burger spots in all of Kansas City. The owner Jim is one of the nicest & generous owners I've ever come across. Strongly recommend this spot for all my burger lovers. I promise you won't be able to finish it :)

Picked up a DoorDash from here and immediately came back the next two days to for the double cheeseburgers. Seriously worth $12 for the doubles. They are massive and delicious. I’m excited to be moving nearby soon and trying more of the menu items. Make sure to order online or the phone about 20 minutes ahead of time if not you’ll be waiting but that’s not a big deal they just stay busy which is good!
