This used to be my favorite spot but you’ve definitely changed out the ingredients :(

Went this past Monday night and it was great! I like how you can walk in and see the kitchen. There isn't much of a waiting room though. Grabbed a few slices and picked up a cute free friendship bracelet from the counter. The pizza was thin crust, light sauce, and plenty of cheese, just the way I like my pizza. Folks were friendly, I will come back for slice sometime.

Disgustingly raw and flavorless pizza. Would not recommend any pizza from their truck.

Ive never been inside the restaurant but they catered at the Hozier concert. Im not usually one to leave reviews but was so disappointed that I felt the need to. My fiancé and I love Hozier and had to go to the concert straight from work so we were hungry. He went to order us 2 small personal pizza’s at 8:45pm- about 20 minutes before Hozier came out. He did not come back until 9:50- empty handed. I kid you not he waited for pizza for over an hour and got so fed up that he left. I was so upset he ended up just leaving the line entirely so he could enjoy the remainder of the concert with me.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because we went back close to the end for a refund and the staff were very nice and apologetic. While I appreciated this piece- i feel they may not be ready to cater at such a large event. It was really disappointing to pay so much money for a concert and miss a majority of it for pizza. Partially our fault- I know now not to order food at a high volume venue. I just wanted to share.

Super chewy no flavor just taste sauce reminds me of bannister mall pizza. Yes a one star if I could do zero I would literally could find a better frozen pizza. Summit pizza has great pizza! It was like chewing cardboard.

I got the classic pizza and it was very good. also got the veggie pizza and the bottom was burnt a bit which made it taste less appetizing. if i wanted some local pizza again i’d come here again but wasn’t overly impressed.

Disappointing First VisitI was really excited to hear Lee's Summit downtown had a new Pizzeria. My first visit unfortunately wasn't the best experience. The pizza crust was burnt beyond my liking and my dinner guest. It was quite black and had a strong burnt flavor. .When I arrived, I was directed to the self-service kiosk to place my order. However, after going through the prompts, I was unable to complete the order because I wanted to pay with cash. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed me upfront about cash payment limitations with the kiosk. Additionally, there were no visuals to compare pizza sizes, which caused some confusion. When I politely asked the staff member behind the counter for clarification, she seemed a bit annoyed, which wasn't the most welcoming experience for a first-time customer. Overall, the burnt pizza, the confusion around cash payments and the staffs customer skills detracted from my initial impression.Sorry I have a picture, but I am not sure how to upload it on here.

Friday, Mar 22-Very impersonal staff, annoyed that you're bothering them, no professionalism whatsoever and moving at a snails pace.
