Went this past Monday night and it was great! I like how you can walk in and see the kitchen. There isn't much of a waiting room though. Grabbed a few slices and picked up a cute free friendship bracelet from the counter. The pizza was thin crust, light sauce, and plenty of cheese, just the way I like my pizza. Folks were friendly, I will come back for slice sometime.
I got the classic pizza and it was very good. also got the veggie pizza and the bottom was burnt a bit which made it taste less appetizing. if i wanted some local pizza again i’d come here again but wasn’t overly impressed.
Johnny Joe's is a must try! You will not leave hungry, they have large slices packed with wonderful flavors! This is our favorite pizza in Kansas City! We've tried everything on the menu over the last couple of years, guaranteed you'll be a satisfied customer.
