Horrible experience.
I love the West Plaza location.I was excited to see Johnny Jo's closer to my workplace so I stopped in.My friend and I were discussing the menu while someone else was ordering on the Kiosk. The employee overheard and informed us that they are ONLY serving single slices. No sandwiches or whole pies, despite the menu.We ordered our for "Takeout".I watched the employee place a slice on a plate in the window. That slice sat there for approximately 10 minutes, as the person who ordered before us was walking around the facility. Then the employee pulled out a "Fresh" slice of the same pizza. (My order) Instead of giving me the "Fresh" slice, he removed the slice that had been sitting there (being breathed on by everyone else walking by) , wrapped it in foil and handed it to me. For $9/Slice, your pizza needs to be fresh and your staff needs to be friendly. My friend wanted a whole cheese pizza. ($16) but instead was forced to order half of that and paid $21.I understand that being inside Parlour, part of the price gouge is for the ambiance and facility, but you should still care about value for what you're charging. Avoid this place. Eat at their 47th Street location instead.

This was the first time eating pizza from here and I'm not sure I would do it again. I saw thew reviews and decided to try it, but I was not impressed. The location is hidden off a street away from the plaza, which isn't an issue, but it is a small building with everything packed inside. They didn't have cheese pizza when I arrived, so I settled for two pepperoni slices and it was not as good as people make it seem. The crust was thin, which was fine, but it was so hard and hardly any sauce on it. It may have been because it was refrigerated beforehand, but it was not good like I was hoping, especially fore the price.
An interesting experience. No dine in, only carry out with a handful of chairs outside but no tables. Tried 3 slices — the pepperoni/sausage was outstanding and left me wanting more of the same. Flavorful toppings, cheese & sauce on a super tasty crust. The basil/mozzarella was good but not memorable. And finally, the day’s special was a 4-cheese with bacon. It was fair. Will go back & recommend giving it a try.
Great pizza! Friendly staff. Ready for carry out
Great pizza, fast pick up, holy cannoli!
