I Gave 3 stars for amazing customer service you lost 2 stars for using canned chicken on my quesadilla ?? please serve fresh chicken ? that's the worst quesadilla I have ever had, the presentation was lovely but the taste is what wins me over sorry but not ?

Terrible. Ordered a carnitas and a barbacoa burritos and got two rice burritos with a trace of meat flavor. $40.

The food wasn't very good, pretty bland. It was also pretty expensive for the quality. Our waitress was fantastic though.

I was trying to find out how to message the manager but no luck. I understand pricing at an airport is high, but I really have a problem with Jose Cuervo's Tequileria in the Kansas City airport purposely not listing the price of a margarita on their menu. On the afternoon of Sunday, October 2, 2022, our waitress highly recommended their margaritas with our dinner and did not mention the price....I expected they would be similar to other drink pricing. It was shocking to see they could not be more than about 4 ounces in a small plastic cup filled to the brim with ice. Being pushed by the waitress to order a 2nd drink and then finding out when the bill came they are $16.50 each before taxes.....very upsetting to be taken advantaged like that but learned a lesson.

Good service and a nice atmosphere. Drinks and food, although good, are overpriced...surely due to low selection of eateries once past TSA in MCI Kansas City Airport.

Not the first time here and had no complaints until today, was there for lunch and spend 41bucks on a salad and a drink after my flight got delayed i returned for another drink to past time the same bartender Sonya attended me i asked her for a water until i decided what i would order and she refused to serve me a water saying that if i want a water it was free at the water fountain, it first i thought it was joke then she proceeded to step behind the bar and eat her lunch coming back a couple minutes after and had the courage to ask me if i had made my mind on what i was drinking? asked for Manager and she backed her up. I Simply got up and took my business somewhere else will never eat there again, 12 years of traveling and never was refused a water anywhere not at a bar or restaurant table. Never bothered look at the reviews until now no wonder they are all bad.

I tried the salad with beef and it was flavorful. It was a nice sized salad and the staff was friendly..lots of tables to sit and work or relax.

Not many choices at the airport gate area but a vending machine would be better. The food was not good at all. The restaurant is not clean. Just go somewhere else. The waitresses seemed friendly but didn’t seem to be very good at service jobs.

The food in KC airport is terrible. The burrito I had here was surprisingly ok. Chips and salsa were good. Way understaffed and took like 30 minutes to get a beer.

Only if you’re starving and aren’t gonna make it eat here. I got chips and salsa and the server sold me on “queso” what proceeded to come out was not only an insult to the Hispanic community but an abomination! It was disgusting! They served nacho cheese. There was no salvaging any of it. Still I paid the daggome $6.96 + $4.99 I got charged for this disaster. Don’t do it! Wait till you leave to eat somewhere else.

It was OK for the only option in our terminal. A few draft beer selections, some bar drinks and a few food items. Nothing great, but a good way to kill an hour, errrr, 90 minutes, errrr, three hours waiting to board

Terrible food, rude staff, and dirty environment. Chips stale, queso cold. Filthy tables on both side of us. We cleaned our own table. Rude to one of our coworkers. Would not let them speak to the manager. Do whatever you can to not eat here. How is this place is in business MCI? Does anyone even manage this place? Apparently the owners don’t care. All the negative reviews on this place were accurate. Save your time, money, and health and eat elsewhere!!!!

Waited for 20 min for a table, seated ourselves, waiter was too busy to clean off the table, even though he was constantly walking by, I did ask the bartender for a napkin and I would clean table myself, still nothing… I asked the waiter, his response was “I will get to you when it is your turn” Really? Nope. We left and I thanked him for all his fabulous help. Absolutely pathetic! Don’t waste your time or money.
