The food wasn't very good, pretty bland. It was also pretty expensive for the quality. Our waitress was fantastic though.

Big yikes for this place. My friend and I dropped some family off at the airport and the smell lured us on our way out. It smelled amazing but I'm just going to say that's all that was ever good about this place. It's basically a run down taco place and it tastes and looks like they used old leftover Taco Bell ingredients to make their tacos and burritos. The server lady was nice, we still tipped - she did her best. But I didn't even get half way done with my chicken burrito and I could not stand another bite. It's like jail food. The only enjoyable thing was getting to sit in a chair, drink water and eat some chips and salsa while we waited which most definitely came from a name brand bag and a jar. None of it was made fresh there. AND with airport prices?! Yea, that's gonna be a no from me, Dawg. Just drive into the city for food. You're better off searching the nearby Starbucks trash for someone else's leftovers. Sorry :(I can still taste the "unrinsed shredded lettuce from a bag" flavor that taints all Taco Bell tacos. At least Taco Bell tries to check their out dates.

I was trying to find out how to message the manager but no luck. I understand pricing at an airport is high, but I really have a problem with Jose Cuervo's Tequileria in the Kansas City airport purposely not listing the price of a margarita on their menu. On the afternoon of Sunday, October 2, 2022, our waitress highly recommended their margaritas with our dinner and did not mention the price....I expected they would be similar to other drink pricing. It was shocking to see they could not be more than about 4 ounces in a small plastic cup filled to the brim with ice. Being pushed by the waitress to order a 2nd drink and then finding out when the bill came they are $16.50 each before taxes.....very upsetting to be taken advantaged like that but learned a lesson.

Good service and a nice atmosphere. Drinks and food, although good, are overpriced...surely due to low selection of eateries once past TSA in MCI Kansas City Airport.

The food options in the Southwest terminal for food are really poor and poorer.there isn't much to say about this Mexican restaurant. Highlight would be that you can get a Cerveza and you can get a margarita. Go with a beer.I know we have the new terminal coming in for the airport next year I am sure the food options will be better but can't we do something to improve food options in the meantime

Ya know, for where it's at, it is not too bad. The menus is limited (tacos, burrito, quesadilla or salad) but they do have vegetarian options. They cook the black beans well enough. I sat at the bar. Otherwise, it is cafe style seating with basic tables and chairs that make that awful sound when people scoot them across the floor. They have Fernet and other fairly decent selections for liquor. They have a nice local cerveza royale from Stockyards brewery. Tonight they are playing a rousing playlist of classic rock and 80's rock songs. The bartender Sam is singing along. It's got a good vibe, although I'm sure that depends on the bartender. It is not classy, but it is cozy and provides a good pub experience . Happy traveling!

Not the first time here and had no complaints until today, was there for lunch and spend 41bucks on a salad and a drink after my flight got delayed i returned for another drink to past time the same bartender Sonya attended me i asked her for a water until i decided what i would order and she refused to serve me a water saying that if i want a water it was free at the water fountain, it first i thought it was joke then she proceeded to step behind the bar and eat her lunch coming back a couple minutes after and had the courage to ask me if i had made my mind on what i was drinking? asked for Manager and she backed her up. I Simply got up and took my business somewhere else will never eat there again, 12 years of traveling and never was refused a water anywhere not at a bar or restaurant table. Never bothered look at the reviews until now no wonder they are all bad.
I tried the salad with beef and it was flavorful. It was a nice sized salad and the staff was friendly..lots of tables to sit and work or relax.

Not many choices at the airport gate area but a vending machine would be better. The food was not good at all. The restaurant is not clean. Just go somewhere else. The waitresses seemed friendly but didn’t seem to be very good at service jobs.

The food in KC airport is terrible. The burrito I had here was surprisingly ok. Chips and salsa were good. Way understaffed and took like 30 minutes to get a beer.
