I admire this spot! They serve first-rate food, their menu is rich, The chef in that restaurant is well trained, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Been a couple of times now and ordered to go once. Restaurant is clean and staff if friendly. Service was tentative and that’s always appreciated. Food is heavy and just not all that good, at all. It’s mushy and just a large helping of slop. Kids menu was not to bad. The mac & cheese, fries, mini corn dogs, and chicken strips looked good and the kids had no complaints! Some places have a horrible kids menu and lack the ability to even make a decent bowl of mac & cheese. They even have balloons!!!

My husband and I dined at Jose Pepper's. Not realizing it's a Mexican restaurant and I do not like mexican food. To my surprise the food was delicious and the portion size was huge so was my pina colada.

This location is close to my job, today was my third visit for lunch. Honestly as soon as I walked in, I asked myself why did I come back here? The service is very poor and the restaurant itself is just dirty. No where near busy....why did I have to wait to be seated? wait 10 min for the server to take my drink order? And another 15 minutes later....my food order was finally taken. And now my lunch break is about over! Jose Pepper as a whole is not bad but do yourself a favor and go to a different one!

My husband and I have been a fan of Jose Peppers for years. It's a great place to get good food for a great price. We were happy to see a location closer to us since the one in Liberty, Mo moved. We've been here twice at the briarcliff location and we've been disappointed with the service the first time then the cleanliness the second time

Amanda and her staff go over and above to ensure great customer service. If you ever have a problem they will fix it immediately. They doing everything in their power to make sure you leave happy and satisfied
Great place to satisfy your craving for Mexican food. Food is delicious and the portions would fill you up for sure. Their complimentary chips and salsa is a great starter. They have outside dining area and it's a great option when the weather is perfect. Since it's in a great location with a ton of restaurants and stores around it parking is a problem during peak hours of the day and on weekends.

We've been here a couple of times with larger groups. The service has been great both times; no complaints there. While I haven't tried everything on the menu, the dishes I have had have been pretty average. The jalapeno poppers have been the best thing so far and the espinaca dip this last time had a fishy taste to it. The manager was understanding about it, said they'd had some issues with it recently and allowed us to switch it out to regular queso. May be back, may not.

Stopped in to grab a couple of soft tacos, the food was wonderful and the service was excellent, thanks to BrIan and Katelyn. Everytime I turned around the were bringing more chips, sauce, and drinks. It was a great experience.

I'm deaf person, my husband and I wanted to enjoy for our date. My husband asked a lady bartender(her name is Lauren for drinks and ask what kinda mix alcohol in the drinks but Lauren gave my husband that attitude look said “I don't knowâ€... my husband decided to order beer because her attitude and had no idea how to make drinks. I caught her eye roll and attitude at my husband... then ordered the food and Lauren still do the rude attitude towards my husband again...
