Gonna wait 10 minutes for chips, another 5-10 for a drink, once the food finally comes out it looks and tastes great but I bet it would be better with the side of pico and guac I ordered originally. Ask the food runner for it.....wait 10 min........Ask the server for it........wait 10 min. And you finally get pico and sour cream well thats half right but try again. Wait 10 more minutes and say forget it and get the check at least I didn't have to pay for it. I mean it's comical writing this 30 plus minutes for some damn guacamole to never come.

Their Espinaca (white queso dip) is the BEST! Their tortilla chips & salsa are also REALLY good and are both made in-house. I'm ecstatic that they have shredded beef again and hope they keep it this time. I love their beef enchiladas, the nachos that are listed as an appetizer are incredible and I get them as my entree. They also have yummy tacos, but they can be kind of annoying & messy to eat just because they're stuffed so full.

My wife and I came here last night for dinner around 7:30, our server (Mark Dowdell) was telling us that he was new to the job, ~3 weeks since he started. He did such a great job, he was super attentive and pleasant to talk to.We had the steak bowl and the Mahi bowl. Both were fantastic.

As long as you don't have to change anything on the menu because of a diet restrictions or allergy then you'll be fine but if you do then be prepared be treated like you are stealing from them.

We took our 12 yr old for her birthday dinner. Our server Jenna was very cold and distant. Several mistakes were made with our order and no apologies were made. They literally threw chicken on top of a nacho that was made wrong instead of remaking it. Jenna kind of shoved our bags and receipts our way. We love Jose Peppers and usually go to the Lee's Summit location. The service at the Liberty location was beyond disappointing.

I drove here from Arkansas just to meet Jose! I was able to met Stella instead who was amazing and 15/10 helping in any way possible including taxes!!I cannot recommend this place enough for the peppers to the drinks
