Love the shakes. A great meal replacement..
Banana nut bread shake was amazing!
Im always in and out and satisfied - especially with the new owners. Shakes are great tasting and healthy! I love Red Velvet Oreo and my Husband gets Reeses or Butterfinger. The Earth Day tea is my fav, Ive started getting them without ice and saving for later when I need it.
First time in today and I will definitely be back!! The shake and tea are both amazing!

Journey Nutrition is the place to be! The shakes and energy bombs get me through my day... You can't find a more wholesome, genuine person than Sarah! She's incredibly intelligent, passionate, and hard working! Great Westport addition!

I came in way hungover and the shake wizard behind the counter hooked me up with something called the revitalizer or regenerator or something- either way, I felt repaired in like 7 seconds. This is some jimmy neutron stuff. 6/5 stars. Will definitely come here again.

Love this place! Sara is amazing, super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She comes up with the specials and makes amazing drinks! She will answer all the questions you have with a smile on her face! Very clean, neat and fun place to go! I dropped my bank card in the sofa and she even fished it out for me! I definitely WILL be going back, the shakes are great, the teas are great and Sara's company and knowledge is the best around!
Sarah created such a fun and kind atmosphere! The shakes are amazing and Tea's phenomenal, and are packed with all the energy I need to get through my day. I love Mega Tea Mondays and the Punch Card is an awesome reward for return customers! This is such a treat to have it close to UMKC !
