Came in today at noon & placed an order for 75 party wings to be picked up at 4pm... Stayed several times I needed it on time as I'm on a schedule. Paid on full & left... Returned at 5pm... No chicken. Why?????

The lady's attitude was horrible when I called to confirm my order. To top it off, I spent nearly 90.00 and the food was very bland. I was highly disappointed. I usually order from them everytime I fly here to visit. Everytime I've ordered in the past, the food was amazing which is why I spent so much money this time. However, the taste has drastically and noticeably changed and not for the better.

The staff seems very rushed, chicken tastes kinda old, place looks a little questionable. I witnessed an employee go from sweeping to baggaging food. This place could use a lesson on cleanliness n sanitary conditions.

Everything here is great. From the chicken wings to the chicken and all the fish. Also price point is accurate. They have four locations. Wherever I am in town I can hit one up.

When I arrived, he told me ready in two minutes. 30 minutes passed, he said it’s packing. 10 minutes passed still no food! The order were 1 chicken sandwich and gizzards. The other Prospect location is so much better!
