Shout out to Barbara, she is just a wonderful person and good at what she does. We had the privilege of attending a fire works demo in Lawson and my kids spotted the ice cream van and Barbara just made it easy for the kids to pick what they wanted because there are so many choices! But we will definitely be on the look out for her again. Thank you!!

I can honestly say I absolutely love working for this company. They genuinely care about their people and give absolutely everybody a chance. Bill and Debbie are awesome to work for. Thankful for the opportunity.

We booked a party with Barb for my daughter’s graduation party at our house. She showed up early, played the music for the little kids, had an amazing attitude, and was so much fun to talk to. She had decked out the ice cream van and was dressed up, which made it even more fun for the kids. She did a fantastic job. We will be booking again, specifically with Barb, for future parties at the house. It was very nostalgic, and a wonderful experience for the kids and adults alike. Five stars, highly recommend.

Barb was great... we never have an ice cream truck stop right in front of our house. My kids were all excited for a frozen treat!

Well I just loved the excellent service we got from Barbara in the excelsior springs area she was so patient and kind and professional to my grandchildren. Compared to the last ice cream person she is totally amazing and she is so sweet to her costumes. Cheaper for my family to buy in bulk

It maybe good for the customers but for the workers it's not, bill has made racial slurs close to my ear so Noone else could hear, I came on to do order checking and inventory, and was blackmailed into be a everyday delivery driver, driving a box truck for which my DOT is expired and none of them have seat belt, some of the drivers don't even have a license, bill talk bad to all his employees and threatens to fire them if they don't wanna work outside there job descriptions, the workers are often paid very little, have to do all night events on a whim, and he takes money out of the employees check for if we make a mistake

I drove for this company, they do not have permits for the city the van is driving. If u a driver u get treated like crazy . I was fired because I had to lay my mom to rest so I didn't drive for 2 days.

Indeed The Kansas City Ice Cream Company have been serving our community for a couple of centuries now so that work ethic in itself so speak all that needs to be said and it is a family owned business
