Out of towners here! The most welcoming spot we have been in KC, and just stumbled across it. Worth any trip via the street car. Live music + dog friendly + great service+ mf watermelon marg is a must.
Wish there were more gluten free options but my go to is the Thai chili shrimp tacos. They are so delicious!!!! Their cheese dip with chorizo is yummy. Their salsa is too hot for me. It's good but too spicy. I wish they had a mild version. Service is okay. Don't be surprised if there is a little delay with your waitor/waitress. Atmosphere: I wish the music wasn't as loud as it is. But I'm not sure if the building being older and the acoustics just make it seem like the music is loud. Parking can be a pain if you're going during the hot times on the weekends.

This is my 2nd time here. Wasn't impressed the first time because I ordered normal tacos...and that's not smart at a place like this. This time I ordered the Korean pork tacos and was blown away...my friend had portabella tacos and they were great. Okay, so the queso was a little thin but that must be a thing because everywhere has thin queso now. If you're coming here, step outside your comfort zone and pick something that peaks your interest...it's worth it.

Delicious food, great happy hour specials, and fantastic servers! We loved our experience here. Our server was incredibly attentive and helpful. Loved the exposed brick walls and layout of the space. Oh, and the food was delicious!
