Fresh delicious food , the appetizers were amazing đź‘Ź Baba Ganouj, Hummus , Lentil Soup with summak, and Falafel piping hot and crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The mixed grill took a while (so order early) but I know nothing was reheated. Everything cooked there and then. The chicken was juicy , flavorful snd succulent . My only disappointment was the presentation of the restaurant, old worn out furniture. But otherwise the Food was good and the service was good too

I visited Kari's on 39th today. I generally order water as my drink of choice but they had medicinally, uniquely flavored lemonades! I started with the hibiscus lemonade and it was so good, I had to order the mint lemonade as well. I also had lentil soup for an appetizer, and hands down, it was the best lentil soup I have ever eaten, even mine! Our server told us it is the owner’s mother recipe.
