I had the pleasure of eating at the food truck today. The gumbo was amazing and they have the best hush puppies I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t wait to eat this again!

KC Cajun Food Truck came to my job today, and it was SO good. I have never had Cajun food before, and after this, I will be eating more of it. Not too spicy. The pasta was flavorful, and you got a lot of it.My only complaint, I wish it hadn't been so cold out. :)

I enjoyed some cajun chicken and shrimp pasta at the championship parade!! It was delicious, I felt it was a good portion of both meats, flavourful and saucey. It was worth my money and the customer service was wonderful. I would definitely, have this again!! Thank you for the exceptional meal and customer service.

My first time here, and I had the deluxe gumbo and it was very tasty and flavorful. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I will be visiting real soon to try something different like the seafood fries.

Grilled shrimp po'boy came to play! Would be nice to have a lil side included with sandwich at the price point. Come give this place a look.
