Morning of July 26, 11:45am your branded food truck blatantly ran a stop sign in a neighborhood. Terrific way to advertise ones business, ignoring posted traffic signs and endnagering the lives of not only other drivers but their own family as there was a small child in the passenger seat. Will not consider eating at this establishment, and will be actively avoiding the food truck

Was visiting Kansas City for the day to attend Herbal Heathens and YALL! KC CAJUN are a must! I ordered the chicken Cajun nachos I’m from the west coast (arizona) and have never heard or seen anything like this in our state…it was everything and more! I had the honor of speaking with Ashley she was so sweet, professional, and patient. We also had the privilege of speaking with the gentlemen on the truck who was just as sweet.
(I was also vending alongside them and I couldn’t get my generator to work and with no hesitation he came to our rescue)
Will definitely be back in town soon to try a po boy!

Food was great! Only reason it got 4 stars was that it took 15 min to get. Which I think is a little long for a food truck.

KC Cajun Food Truck came to my job today, and it was SO good. I have never had Cajun food before, and after this, I will be eating more of it. Not too spicy. The pasta was flavorful, and you got a lot of it.My only complaint, I wish it hadn't been so cold out. :)

Order the pasta n my noodles taste like rubber called to get my order fix nobody answered the phone n I left voicemail nobody returned my call horrible customer service

I enjoyed some cajun chicken and shrimp pasta at the championship parade!! It was delicious, I felt it was a good portion of both meats, flavourful and saucey. It was worth my money and the customer service was wonderful. I would definitely, have this again!! Thank you for the exceptional meal and customer service.
