This is such a cool place. I love cream soda and enjoy trying different maker's versions. This store has about 10 shelves of different cream sodas. The selection is amazing. The same goes for other sodas whether it be root beers, colas, or other flavors, the selection is awesome. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. You can buy individual bottles, which is cool...I buy 2 or 3 different varieties every time I go in.

I went to the Kansas City Soda Company place back in August of this year because I like to try new flavors of sodas that are new to me, and I like collecting bottle caps from craft sodas too. When I walked inside KC Soda Co., I saw edible snacks that you could find at a typical candy store besides soda pop. I also saw that the sodas inside the Kansas City Soda Company were organized by flavor to tell customers which soda is a certain flavor.I have also been told by an employee from Kansas City Soda Company that customers have the option to buy small bags of bottle caps from craft soda bottles, but did not think about doing it. Even though I didn’t buy a small bag of bottle caps, I still thought it was a cool and unique idea to use to run KC Soda Co. with a unique experience with service.I bought a 6-pack of soda from KC Soda Co. in which the soda flavors and brands were almost all 6 colors of the rainbow, so I decided to drink them in rainbow order displayed below:1st Soda Drank: Cheerwine which is a cherry soda2nd Soda Drank: Pumpkin Spice flavored soda from Orca Beverage Bottling Company3rd Soda Drank: Orange soda from Hank’s Gourmet Beverages4th Soda Drank: Apple Pie flavored soda from Excel Bottling5th Soda Drank: Blue Raspberry soda from Polly’s Pop6th Soda Drank: Grape soda from The Pop ShoppeI had a lot of fun ordering soda and visiting Kansas City Soda Company, and I will come again sometime. KC Soda Co. had quick service to tag along with its unique concept, so I would suggest purchasing soda from the store whenever you come to the City Market near the Missouri River. KC Soda Co. is also partnered with a business next door to them called “Fountain City Scoops and Floats”, and customers can make an ice cream float with any soda from the Kansas City Soda Company, and I am also interested in trying Fountain City Scoops and Floats too.Note: I drank the Pumpkin Spice flavored soda before the Orange soda because I did not purchase a yellow-colored soda pop. I also wanted to say that I drank all the sodas I bought at home. I am still proud that I drank the soda almost in rainbow color order.

I love visiting here. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks sold here. This is just a picture of a recent purchase. Next time I'll get the storefront and maybe the new Float So next door too!

We stopped by this location today and had a great experience while looking through the vast selection of sodas.Cale was incredible with making suggestions for root beers to buy for our teenage sons. He was patient and helpful while answering our questions. We would definitely stop by again whenever we visit the market.

I don't know if the sodas we got were old or what happened, but all 7 of the different sodas I grabbed were flat. I don't like flat sodas so it was just a waste of money.

Love visiting the KC Soda Co! Their selection is pretty sizeable and they have some cool varieties. I found they were missing some classics this visit though and was slightly disappointed.

Pleasant staff. Wide selection. Even picked up a bag of chips from Asia. Fun extra since they have a lot of flavors overseas you can’t get here readily.

Hugeee selection, labeled by category including a "gross" soda shelf which fascinated me. The man working the counter was extraordinarily helpful and walked us through recommendations and his favorites! Soooo much fun

What a unique little shop! Really fun to browse and see who can find the craziest flavors (PB&J soda, anyone?). Also had some fun surprises of international chips/snacks - definitely recommend checking it out.
