Pigwich is NOTHING like the real one - they should get out of MCI as the food is shameful. I had the classic and it was HORRIBLE.

This place is a horrible. Everything microwaved…eggs, sausage, potatoes. No flavor, rubbery piles of garbage. How this place exists and is acceptable in the new KC airport is beyond me.

Absolute worst service. They are “always out” of majority of the menu. Workers do no care how long the line is, they are never in a rush to help. Whoever is managing this place is doing an awful job. Sad to see in a brand new airport. There are no good breakfast options.

Terrible service. The girl at the register was on her cellphone and told me to wait til she was off. I ordered a tea and asked her which ones were non caffeinated and she said she didn’t know. I asked for the brand name so I could look it up- I am pregnant and not having caffeine. She looked extremely irritated while I looked it up. Next, I as I waited for my tea, I asked 2 other women if they had honey. They were all on FaceTime with their friends. They had their phones propped up and were FaceTiming! I asked again and they stared at me like I had 3 eyeballs and said no. Terrible service

Morning departure from KC Airport. Server sitting and wrapping napkins and instead of greeting arrivals- yelling out the restaurant seating options as they walk in, yelling out items on menu not available. Yelling the whole time at visitors. Way too much for 9:00 am- and it wasn’t busy.

Mimosa was extremely overpriced! Hash brown was overcooked and also overpriced. No one was actively manning the checkin but service was ok after we got seated. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Took 15 minutes and multiple rounds of asking for help to find out that Bo Lings had no tofu. No tofu = no vegetarian dishes. The tables were dirty and the music was loud. This airport is practically a vegetarian food desert. At least the old Terminal B had veggie Whoppers at the Burger King (RIP)
