Music was all over the place and annoyingly loud. Kitchen staffs music was blasting so you could hear two different songs playing. Bartender was friendly but service was slow. Sandwich sat for way too long before it was finally served. Super slow so they weren’t rushed. Kitchen staff was laying around on the counters on their phones.
Food is awful. With tip and tax, a sandwich and salad was almost $30. The sandwich was cold although it was listed as oven roasted. I had one single onion, not a slice, just one little strip. Some of the toppings were minimal or missing. Salad was entire lettuce leaves, had to cut the salad.
You can get the same sandwich at Jimmy John’s for a third the price, twice as fast, and 10x tastier.

They took close to 10 minutes for the hostess/bar tender/waitress to seat us when there was no line and many open tables. They turned us away when I asked them to clear some tables before our group was to be seated. For some reason she read me as a rude person and turned 14 of us away. Terrible experience and very inattentive and short staffed.

Sierra was a waitress who had me sitting there for 22 minutes without even acknowledging me before someone else satdown and she came to wait on him without a single minute wasted. Then she looks at me and ask If I would like service and I said WELL AFTER 22 MINUTES YOU WOULD THINK SO! Then shile really starts yelling at me and tells me not to have an attitude with her and that she is not gonma serve me? What in the hell man. All I wanted was a good pizza and some water before my flight. Stay clear of this place!

Odd that not all locations advertise events they are hosting
Worst experience I have ever had. My family and I sat down. The server was very rude. She said that she was the only one there and she justifies that to be rude to clients. We I tried to add appetizers to a drink order, she stopped and said she could only do one at a time. When I flagged her down to ask how long food would take, since we had a flight one hour later, she acted as though I was a burden and a problem. We walked out and I cannot comment on the food.
To the rude burnette, you work in the service industry. With your attitude, you may think about a career change.
We ended up at the historic city market which treated us great and the food was good

If you didn’t catch Martin City brewing during your visit in KC, hopefully you catch them at the airport on the way out.
Their beers are excellent. And if you get there while Chelsea’s working, ask her which beers are good mixed together. She really knows her brew, and service is off the charts.

Well it definitely isn’t the same experience you would have at Martin city brewery. It’s alright place to grab a quick bite, but nothing special.
Vegetarian options: Very limited options.

Glorified cafeteria food. Menu is very misleading. Food quality was below average for the price and the kitchen messed up several things with our order.

What a joy it is to have this brewery in the airport! Food was good, but the quality of service is where this place stands out. Craig in the bar area was knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. I definitely look forward to flying out of here again so I can grab a brew and some food in a lovely atmosphere.

Service was good, but it is a travesty to call this place “Martin City Brewery.” I sat down and asked for a “Survival Blonde” and the server had no idea what I was talking about. Once I got the menu, they only had 2 MCBC beers on tap. No fig and prosciutto pizza?!?! Food was well below average, menu is extremely limited. Look, I understand it is an airport location, but we chose it for the name. MCBC needs to get its name off this location. Especially when you spend over $50 per person for a bad sandwich and a tiny, undercooked pizza one a generic crust. SMH

Nothing to do with the Martin City Brewery in Mission Farms. The one at Mission Farms is so good. The one at the airport sucks. Don’t go there. Pizzas are really bad. It is hard to mess up a salad, right? Well guess what??

Bartender/DJ holds the place down and plays music you haven't heard, didn't know you would like. Go here before every flight -- sure it's expensive (as all airport anything is) but tap brews from Martin City? Underappreciated and out-of-the-way.

We went to the airport location at 7:15pm on 6/2. Asked and they said they were closed and a manger told them. Disappointing to say the least. Clearly tell by the picture the sun is still out and they are closing up…. Not a great way to have a business at an airport that has flights later than 7pm. Always kinda a staple when I have a layover at KCI but will never make that walk to A again if I can’t even count they are open.

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap that said it had an olive spread and came with literally crappy fake chicken, iceberg lettuce and as much parmesan as they could pile on it. It didn't come with the olive spread and was so cheaply made all around. the truffle fries are literally salted kettle chips with "Parmesan truffle" sprinkles on which tastes like nothing. I told them my wrap had basically nothing in it and thr response I got was "Oh I'll have to ask them if they ran out and didn't tell me" Never offered a discount after the service was horrible as the waitresses are standing around talking. The TVs were also ear piercingly lou. Do not recommend
