Only had drive-thru business on a holiday. I went in to try to order the special. It was not on website but had to place through website? Staff were very helpful but did not know how to order special either.

I went in and ordered a 16 piece meal to go I only got two sides with it when I was supposed to get four. I did not get any butter for the rolls no plasticware to eat the two sides that I got no napkins nothing but some of the food I definitely will not be back to this place

Wanted and paid for a eight-piece dinner. Got home and found I had only two two-piece lunches. Can't get them to answer the phone to get them to help me correct it

Chicken skin wasn’t even crispy, it was moist at best. Only good thing about the chicken was that at least the meat wasn’t dry. I also was supposed to have corn instead of coleslaw and they gave me coleslaw anyway. And lastly, we redeemed the free hot honey chicken sandwich with my online order and it wasn’t included in my bag.

Ppl have to remember they’re human! They’re moving as fast as they can with what little.. and I mean LITTLE help they have! There’s only two of them! Drive Thru AND inside service! That’s alot! Don’t have compassion, then go somewhere else! Don’t slam ppl trying! You KNOW you wouldn’t like it if it happened to you!
Dear KFC Franchise Owner—you, however, need to work a lot harder in getting more help! You need Indeed! Indeed you do!

They are understaffed. Expect to wait 15 minutes or more just to place your order. Food was tough and dried out. Maybe they cooked it yesterday?? Go anywhere else but here.

Love their Tuesday special bucket of chicken. Also like the mashed potato bowl. We get this and my son doesn't have to cook for a couple days. Yummy

Waiting inside the store for 45 minutes at this point and there is no chicken available because of them filling drive through orders before filling store orders that they have all ready collected the money for but yet want too remind you that the sine on the door that claims no refunds. Never did get ower food . Had to go get a hamburger.

We ordered four of their Nashville hot loaded fries. Ordered one of them without coleslaw. Got home to get ready to eat them. None of them had coleslaw so I called and spoke with the general manager. She tells me that I ordered them all with no coleslaw. I explained to her I'm looking at the receipt it says for Nashville bowls, one with no coleslaw. She tells me to stop yelling at her. I'm like ma'am. I'm not even yelling at you. Calm down. You're getting upset over food that you messed up that I paid for. She hangs up the phone call back to the store. She's not answering now. This is the second time we've dealt with her on these extreme issues. The first time was because the tea was old and she does the same thing. She has a problem with criticism. When she messes up customer food. She has a problem with taking accountability and fixing it. She has zero customer service skills and for the life of me, I do not understand how in the hell she still has a job. Even after looking at most of these reviews on here how rude she is to people, the young lady that works. The drive-thru should be the general manager because she's the one that resolves the issues

I ordered a Sixteen piece bucket of original and they have me mixed bucket. Other than that everything was good.

Drive thru tonight. Paid for my order at 7:35 and told to pull forward to wait for my food. I didn’t receive my food until 8:25. surprise! It was cold and small servings. Good luck staying open!

Leaving nothing for multiple reasons
1: order the 16 peice meal with 4 side, and got 12 piece with 3 side.
Second: tried to call to get my $55 order right for over an hour now and have gotten nothing but hung up on after it rings for 5 mond

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is probably the worst restaurant in Liberty. The manager should be fired. I ordered a pick up order 2 hours ahead of time. When I got to the store at my alloted pick up time, my order wasn't ready. I was told it would be another 20 minutes because they were "too slow" and were "only making food they absolutely needed" even though they knew for 2 hours that I was coming. Then after waiting 25 more mins, I was told I would need to wait another 15 minutes because they gave my food out to drive thru orders that came while I was waiting and I was told "that's just how it works." I requested a refund and was told no. I've called their support line for a refund and was told "upper management has to call me back" It's been 3 days and no one has called. So I now have to dispute the charges with my bank for an order I never even received. $50 and hours of my time wasted on hot garbage. I've heard awful things about this place. I should have known better and gone to Church's. I'll never eat at a KFC ever again.
