I was charged for an additional side that was not included in my order, and I wasn’t given a receipt. When I called the store, the manager confirmed I had been charged but said the only option was to return for a replacement.

Unfortunately, I was already at work about 28 minutes away, so that solution would have required extra time and gas on my part. Being told to spend more money and time to correct a mistake I didn’t make doesn’t reasonably make a customer whole.

Mistakes happen, but when you pay for something and don’t receive it, it’s frustrating - it feels like someone has been stolen from you —even when you know it wasn’t intentional. A refund with a small goodwill credit would have been a more reasonable resolution.

The chicken wasso old & hard i could not break the skin to get to the meet. The potatos where dry & tasted like they had BBQ sauce mixed in them.

Lobby looked to be the only clean place in this restaurant with workers walking around on the phone and visiting in the lobby. Bathroom is oh my dirty!!

I ordered a 4 piece meal with 4 original thighs. I received 2 crispy thighs and 2 crispy tenders. Not their best work.

Their website says they open at 10:30am Sundays. One door says 10am the other says 10:30am. We showed up at 10:30am doors locked, chairs still up on tables. Not sure they know what they are doing. Maybe because Chiefs play at noon, no one wants to work and all called in sick.

I have been here for 25 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. And when they gave it the fries were cold. 11-15-2025 It was not ready when I got there. But they were faster. But when I got home it was missing the wing that came with it. No silverware to eat with. He was weighing it before I took it.

I give this KFC 4 stars in comparison to other fried chicken restaurants. The breast chicken and the thigh are probably the best value and most delicious pieces. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy are 5 stars. The biscuits are beyond 5 stars... without any doubt kfc is making the best biscuits in the nation. I didn't catch their names but the young asian kid that was at the register and the young white kid (who looked barely legal to work and whose little sister was in the dining area) were trying their very best in very unfavorable circumstances. There are a lot of negative reviews but I've been to several fried chicken restaurants and this kfc is still a good choice in comparison to the others.

Friday october 10th 1700 while in resturant while still open for business they locked the door preventing customers in or out without managers approval while people were waiting to order

The kfc at 9551 NE 83rd Terr KC Mo 64158, very poor service I made a order online went through the drive through two cars ahead of me I was in line for 25min before I got my order no apologies nothing just filled my order and handed it to me. I was so mad two of the cars behind me got out of line and left. Something reds to be done regarding this location.

Waited at least 20 min for a small dine in order as several cars went through the drive through. Only one customer ahead of us who waited even longer than us. Never saw them get their food. No one working knew what they were doing. Requested refund and left. An embarrassment. Won't be returning.

Ordered through Uber Eats, and the entire order was yummy and hot. The chicken tenders were REALLY good and are always my go to.
