I was very pleased with the service and food. They are under new management and the establishment was clean, food was fresh, staff were very personable and positive, and I was satisfied with the speed of service.

I never really leave reviews, but i'm pretty shocked at how bad the service was tonight.
Ordered 2 meals that included strips, nuggets, and a chicken sandwich; the nuggets were just the strips ripped apart, The sandwich wasn't a patty, just 2 strips on a bun.
Strips themselves tasted old they've been sitting out for a while. Got mashed potatoes on one of the meals instead of fries.
and on top of that we must've been waiting for this food for 15 minutes.
i've eaten there before and it's been fine in the past, I don't know why it was this low effort and bad. Will not be eating out for a while.

The chicken was ok, really greasy but chicken tastes good. What I'm upset about is the apple pie poppers, it had no filling at all. The pastry was really dry, it's mostly just the filling part that upsets me.

We visited the location 5813 Antioch Rd in Gladstone. We ordered online and spent over $50.00. When we went through the drive to pick up the order I made a point to ask if it was all and he said yes. Unfortunately when we got home it was not all in the sack. We were missing a large coleslaw and large french fries. I did try to call but no one answered and no voice mail. So I guess we are now out about $10.00.

I cant believe this place is still open. I have been here to pick up my order many times but it is never ready at the time specified. I just cannot justify coming here any more. So sad.... Love the food but hate that i must wait so long after the designated pickup time. It should not take 1.5 hours for a six piece meal.....

I don't get disappointed to often with kfc but my last meal broke my heart got 8 piece tender and they were all old and rubbery. And I paid $3.50 for a side of slaw and it was so tiny it was 2 bites. Be better KFC we still believe in you.
Ordered all dark meat, got both. That alone wouldn't bother me but multiple people were going up to the counter saying that their order had something off. Employees were nice though.
Not particularly clean either, not shocking but considering it early in the day, was unexpected, especially the bathroom 😦.

Ordered an 8 piece chicken with 4 biscuits and 2 large sides to be delivered...well I only got 7 pieces of chicken and 3 biscuits...called and was told to bring it all back, my response was it was ordered to be delivered for a reason. I was told there was nothing they could do. To me that is THIEVERY, money in their till! I obviously am not happy over this and it may seem trivial to some but now a day money doesn't come easy.

Picking up a doordash order and the lobby door was locked. Assumed they closed the lobby early and tried the drive thru - we are told to come into the lobby - its locked....

I would’ve given five stars on the food that I had a little mash with my huge cup of gravy oops I love the mashed potatoes and sadly not one piece of mashed potato.
I must say the guy who took the order to the fabulous job understood perfectly well. It was just whoever Dish it up didn’t do right.
