I give this KFC 4 stars in comparison to other fried chicken restaurants. The breast chicken and the thigh are probably the best value and most delicious pieces. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy are 5 stars. The biscuits are beyond 5 stars... without any doubt kfc is making the best biscuits in the nation. I was very pleased with the service and food. They are under new management and the establishment was clean, food was fresh, staff were very personable and positive, and I was satisfied with the speed of service.
Ordered all dark meat, got both. That alone wouldn't bother me but multiple people were going up to the counter saying that their order had something off. Employees were nice though.
Not particularly clean either, not shocking but considering it early in the day, was unexpected, especially the bathroom 😦.
