The workers really do not care at this location, my chicken was over cooked and the workers was to busy looking at their cell phones. Management is horrible for letting this behavior happen. Won’t be back. I hope they go of business

I've been going to this KFC location for years. Always been hit/miss but honestly, the last few years it's been on point till recently. The last 5 orders were all a mix of mobile and onsite orders.....ALL of them wrong in multiple ways. From completely providing the wrong food ordered to no condiments as requested. I've tried my best to refrain from having to post this but ultimately, I've given plenty of chances and they've failed miserably. I'm done.

Most disappointing KFC IN Kansas city Gravy was hella watery chicken was not fully cooked so disappointing . Like they are literally trying to kill someone with uncooked chicken Would not recommend this KFC to anyone . SOMEONE NEEDS TO RETRAIN that staff.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered our food and drinks which consisted of the Chicken Pot Pie combo that came with a drink and apple pie sticks (or whatever they are called). Got home with no apple pie desserts, very weak sweet tea and awful tasting root beer. Never again!!

I live close to this KFC so that is the only reason why I go to it. I’ve only gone three times and every time I go, it is disappointing. The customer service is bad. They are rude.
