The staff are rude and unprofessional in every aspect. I ordered a family feast meal for $40. There was a big sign advertising it on top of the menu. The man taking the orders didn’t have a clue what I was talking about so I said that there is literally a big sign with it on the menu. What the menu has on and what the menu says online are not the same because I asked for something that I can clearly order online but the worker said they don’t have it. And it is not an online only item. I was then told to pull all the way back around the restaurant to park on the side and wait for my food. When my food was brought out to me, I asked for a receipt. I waited 10 minutes for no one to come back with my receipt.

Orders were wrong and came with nothing as outlined on the menu. Food was disgusting and old.

How this 'meal' is $10 is beyond me. No drink, no dipping sauces, one side, with crazy small tenders.

Drive through menu had busted panels and foggy glass. Then they didn't have any pot pie. I've been to this location before and they didn't have wings. They may have a supply problem.

Sadly another KFC that should not be in service and gives the brand a bad name. The employees are the worst and they prioritized drive thru for some reason and not the people that did walk-ins. Bad attitude and they couldn’t care less being there today. Absolutely would not recommend this location ever. Orders are almost mostly incorrect and just terrible. Never will be returning to this location.

Ordered from Uber eats There was suppose to be two chicken breast (l ordered an extra one). Got all thighs and legs, no white meat. I also ordered extra crispy and got original recipe.

This is the WORST KFC in the Kansas City North area. Tried to get some food and the door is locked...again. When trying drive thru they said that they don't have any chicken just nuggets. What?! No sides either. Seriously? To the franchisee please do something about this terrible store.

Worse customer service experience. Rushed and rude from beginning to end. Couldn't even finish my order before I was asked what else! Multiple times like I was wasting her time.

I show up a 9:20, 40 minutes before they close. they have paper drapped over the drive through saying come back in 30 minutes… they will be closed in 30 minutes. after a few minutes of waiting they say to pull up to the first window. guess what, they have someone sitting in their car at the first window so they don’t have to serve me, either an employee or someone an employee knew, because they were talking and then would look back at me and shake their heads. i waited 20 minutes behind that car. at 9:40 i try to go inside but they had locked the door. so not only did they refuse to serve me 40 minutes before they closed they also locked the doors. at my job if i refused a customer even 1 minute before close I would be fired on the spot. all those “employees” should be disciplined or fired for something like that. i’d like to get compensated for something like this. just shows how horrible that stores runs a business and is an embarrassment.

I pulled up to the drive thru around 6pm. There were no vehicles ahead of me in line. After a delay, they came over the intercom and said they weren’t taking any orders, they were too busy. Surprised, I said, so you don’t want my business? They replied, I guess not. As I pulled away, I could see through the window and their dining room was almost empty.

This store is an absolute joke. Twice this week we have pulled up to the drive-thru only to be told that their system is down and they are unable to take new orders. Has this system been down all week or what? On the ocassions that we have gotten food here, it has been lackluster to average at best. They regularly forget things we have ordered. Really hope the owner of this location starts cleaning up their act, but given all the negative reviews so far with no response, I highly doubt they will.

TL;DR - avoid this location
