I would’ve given this place zero stars if that was possible I went through the drive-through. It looked like one lady and somebody else was working. She handed my food and said she’s here. She’s here. She’s here, rushed me off then I had to honk my horn to let her know that I had a drink with my order so she fills my cup up with warm tea with no ice. I do not recommend going to this KFC ever.

Who is running this place? Got it delivered, KFC famous bowl and 4pc Mike hot honey combo. Gave me 2 chicken legs and no chicken in the famous bowl, no sides. The only thing they got right was my drink.

Needs a new manager, ordered pick up 30 minutes ahead and my order was still not even being made when I got there. 1 person behind the counter and then a lady walked in 5 minutes later. People were standing there trying to order and nobody in sight. I was half tempted to hop behind the counter and handle business myself, clearly the staff they do have are failing very miserably

This place is very dirty, my shoes were sticking to the floor and I ordered 8 piece mixed chicken and I got all dark meat. The service was horrible. Nobody was organized.

Worst service ever. Staff here sucks. I ordered a bucket of chicken, other meals. They were out of white meat chicken, So they decided not to fill my order at all. I got a notification that my order was completed, when it wasnt. The manager doesn't speak judt mumbles and didnt care at all. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way next time.

It's 11am on a Sunday August 2nd 2025. Signs say open at 10am I had a DoorDash order. Went to go inside all doors locked. Drive thru nothing. Pulled up to the window and after a few minutes a lady came to the window and said we closed I said we had a DoorDash and she said I don't care you have to cancel we are closed and slammed the window shut. Fire everyone there start fresh with a new crew. She was the one driving a Altima with temp tags. Fire her first.
Rude one word responses, no chicken in my Korean Loaded Fries. My pregnant wife's chicken sandwich is old and dry. We also only got white meat, no thighs or legs. I do not recommend. I think I'm done with KFC all together.
