Bought a week meal plan yesterday. The food, service, and atmosphere are good. My issue is that for what you pay, the calories are too low for the meals. They go as low as 245 calories. This will put you in a 1300 or most likely more calorie deficit which isn’t healthy. I feel they should be closer to 500 to stay in a safe calorie deficit and not be hungry between meals like I am today. Also the breakfasts are too expensive. After intermittent fasting and being from out of town this place was a better option over fast food joints and over most of the restaurants that basically serve fast food. Great place. Updating my previous review, I had bad experience previously with an employee refusing to make a shake, but the manager did contact me and handled the situation. Awesome food and shakes very convenient alternative to cooking.
