I ordered the pretzel crust stuffed crust. Pizza not only was the crust very salty and chewy, but almost tasted like regular pizza dough, not pretzel crust. It is pretzel crust. It is indeed pretzel and not very good.

Ms. Cleo needs two things, number one, a raise, and number two, some more help. Pizza wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after last available ready. At twenty minutes past said time I went inside to ask on the status, and Ms. Cleo was so nice and apologetic. It was BUSY and she only had one person helping her cooking food. I was really impressed with how well she was handling everything in a difficult spot where I know that a lot of people were less than thrilled.UPDATE:I gave it a second chance last night. Considerably worse experience primarily due to the terrible customer service from the gentleman working the front. He certainly did not make any effort to hide his dislike for his position, or any effort to extend respect or common courtesy for customers.

Ordered delivery and they delivered to wrong address my wife typed one number wrong in our address but it said what vehicles were in driveway. Instead of calling because they couldn’t find that address as it doesn’t exist they just dropped at a random house that didn’t match delivery address either and then refused to refund our money so I got no food and no refund. Very bad customer service!

Worst wait time ever. Two people on staff slower than the second coming. Was told 20 mins. Took an hour. Could have gone to Italy and gotten it faster.

Had an online order, waited ten minutes over ready time before I went in and asked about it. Turns out even with 4 to 5 employees in the location they still can't get orders checked in on time, my food was on the shelf just waiting. Not in the pizza portal. Thankfully the pizza was cooked. The crazy bread is almost all raw. It's still dough. Can't eat over half of it. I was not the only online order waiting either, there was 2 to 3 more customers waiting on their food. Had the same problem about two months ago, and there were only 2 to 3 employees in the location at the time. I will not be ordering from this location again. I will just drive up to the N Oak location, when I want to order again.

Ordered a pizza online. Waited 45-60 minutes, was told they hadn’t even started making it yet. We had a choice, come back in 15 minutes to see IF they had started making it yet or get a refund. We had our order refunded and won’t be back. Worst experience ever at a Littke Caesar's.

Tried the Calzony. Only one kind, it was good. I like the thin crust pizza. Don't get regular crust here. The Calzony had good dough and taste from sauce.
