First off I ordered a pizza, some crazy cups and some crazy bread on the app... Got there and I couldn't get my code to work but I think it was my fault. I was on the wrong side of the automated thing but the girl at the front asked me what my name was. I gave it to her. She was pissed off about something she must have had to fight with her boyfriend.. I mean she knew what she was getting into when she applied for Little Caesars. It would involve helping customers but she was pissed. She threw my pizza at me. My crazy bread wasn't there and I said can I please get my crazy bread she said I don't know and then she proceeded to grab the sauce, throw the sauce at me and then throw the bread at me for some reason... Even though the food was really delicious, I don't think someone who deals with customers should treat people like this, especially those that actually gave them a nice little tip on the app as well... To the girl, if you read this you should go get another job. You obviously are really unhappy at this one. If you have a lousy boss complain, maybe you'll get a new one. He or she treat may treat you better, you just never know. And if you're mad at your boyfriend find another one cuz girl you were pissed off about something they really ain't worth it... Like I said the food was good but the service my God you just think I walked in there nekkid with the way she spoke to me and threw that food at me... And if the Little Caesars or the DM of this area actually read these things, you probably need to do something about that restaurant. It doesn't matter what part of town it is. Customer service is customer service.

Best lilttle caesars i have been to in a long time 😊😊 could do a Lil better with a crew as deciated as their GM. Very impressed and happy with the customer service I received.😄

I like coming to this particular location because I am always treated respectfully. It can get very busy, but the staff are always courteous. I hope the owners expand it to provide more space.

This place was great when it opened. Now it's garbage. Food quality has gone way down and seems to always have issues anymore. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why does only 1 out of 4 pizzas actually look like a normal pizza? The other 3 look like slop. Come on Little Caesars, get it together. You're not helping our already awful city look any better.
*P.S. The parking lot is a joke. Doesn't help that 98% of the customers don't know how to park between 2 yellow lines. They're lazy, rude and inconsiderate.

Ordered online and sent my friend to pickup a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Within minutes of my friend leaving the house, got an email saying the food was ready and they'd need to pick it up behind the counter. When they got there though, it took a long time to get the cashier's attention and even when they finally did, the cashier was incredibly rude and said they hadn't received our order and didn't know anything about it and then literally just walked away from them. My friend got her attention again and was like, I have a receipt and a confirmation number saying we paid for this, and the cashier was again rude but eventually said she would start the order (even though we had an email saying it had already been finished) and that it would be like 15 minutes. 30 minutes later my friend was still waiting when the cashier finally brought out the pizza, but then she said they were out of crazy bread and she was giving us wings instead and then just walked away again! We didn't want wings, we only ordered the pizza to go along with the crazy bread, and if the cashier had told my friend they were out of what we ordered any time in the 40 minutes they were there, they would have gone to another store.

The staff at the kindest and true heros of there community. The food sparked joy and inspired me to march forward to a brighter future. It's would be a wasted opportunity not to visit and partake of this best value restaurant

All fast food chains have terrible customer service for the most part but this one is every damn time. Phone system is trash for a multi-million dollar company. They send out halfass, soggy, thin pizzas, that a one year old apparently sliced up and dont even make sure doordash gets your full order. Dont expect them to remember an order if you call it in either. Not apologetic at all, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
