This is by far the best Chinese place in Kansas City, and the best Chinese food I have ever had. There is only one man working, however he makes the food as you order it so it always comes out hot and fresh. The man working is so nice and has great customer service, and I will always come back and get Chinese food here. I don’t mind the wait for this food, but he also does online ordering and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Overall amazing Chinese and would recommend to anyone!

It's a one man band, but that's also how you know that your food is being prepared right. He knows how to make Chinese food right. It is consistently good. They're have been times where I doubted that it would be see good as the previous time, and yet it's equally as good. The price is very fair because you get like 2 meals worth of food, and that's coming from a guy who can typically eat quite a bit. Give this place a visit, you wont be disappointed.

I eat here pretty much everyday because I work in the building. I love eating here the tofu is amazing! I love that he always knows what I want when I come in and he’s so sweet. The best Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Authentic and quality Chinese food! If you want buffet style greasy combos, this is not the place. The wait is a little long as there seems to be only one guy working everything. Glad to have found this place!

I should not have waited this long to try this place. Got shrimp fried rice and crab Rangoon and an egg roll...really fresh good food. Crab Rangoon is delicate yet filled full of crab. Shrimp fried rice even had bits of cabbage and grilled corn. It was yummy and not over priced. The cutest gentleman in the world prepared the food and the spicy oil is to die for and they r open late! A must try for sure!

I really like the food here, only problem though is there’s only one guy working currently and it is impossible to get for lunch with an acceptable wait, even with an hour. I hope he gets some help, I’d hate to see it close

I tried this place after they first opened and wasn't impressed at all, the food was terrible. I tried it again today and it's a bit better, but still one of my least favorite Chinese restaurants. Don't expect to get anything in a hurry. I was there for almost 30 minutes and all I ordered was fried rice and there were only 3 other customers in the place. There was literally 1 person working the ENTIRE restaurant at the lunch hour. They also only have select things available on their menu at any given time, so not all items are always available. Honestly, I probably won't try it a 3rd time.
First visit. I finally checked it out. The owner is nice. I got the chicken fried rice, it's made fresh, and it's good.

This small, takeout place in the middle of downtown has some of the most authentic Chinese food for a quick bite. It reminds me of the street food that you can get in China. The entrees give out a generous portion, and are light and not greasy, just like authentic Chinese food.

Food Quality and Taste is Very Good. They don’t Serve you some Ready food. They Prepare it right when you order and this might be time Consuming. It’s worth the wait. To manage my Lunch time during office hours , I usually call them up, order him what I want and I get exactly the same taste , freshly prepared food. Definitely a good place for Fried rice and LoMein.
