I stopped in here to grab a bite to eat after doing some Christmas shopping next door. There was no clear signage of where to order, or whether to find a table or wait to be seated, luckily since there weren’t many customers the employee working up front spotted me quickly and took my order. He was very friendly and explained to me the menu items they offered, but I did not see any menus anywhere. so I chose chicken tamales. I sat down and he quickly brought the soda I ordered and was attentive throughout. The food was brought out within a few minutes and I was a bit let down to be honest. While everything tasted pretty good, most of the chicken was piled on top and there was hardly any meat actually inside the tamales. And then my bill, for just my meal and soda, was $26 before tip. I was floored as I had not been expecting to spend that much at a relatively casual restaurant. I did not complain because it’s on me for not asking the price when I was ordering, but while the service I received was excellent, the food was just OK and I definitely would not pay that much for it again.

This place is crazy good!!! I am not sure that I have ever had any more flavorful food than what I had here. You have to try the pork ribs in the green sauce which is to die for! And the chicken with whatever that red sauce is it's literally the best chicken I've ever had. The carne asada special was amazing! This place is fire!
