This place is serving the best chilaquiles in KC. Absolutely the best I've personally had. Rojo and Verde are both incredible. The place is small and is a hole in the wall in a developing community. Don't expect anything fancy or to walk in and immediately grab a table.
The food is worth the waiting for. Parking is all on the street so be prepared for that. Absolutely supports this business, we're lucky to have them.

Excellent food and service. This is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in town. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
