The food was excellent! I paid $20.55 for 2 pieces of catfish and 10 shrimp. I love that is made fresh to order. The wait time actually wasn’t bad given that it is made when you place the order. I waited abt 20-25 minutes but it was worth the wait. I suggest placing your order online and waiting before heading there depending on where you live. I have a 3/5 for service because the lines should be more clear. There was no clear line for pickup vs placing an order.

First timer and my fish (Whiting) was either overcooked and hard or old and hard. I was very disappointed after hungrily picking through my fish to find all of them were hard and uneatable.

It was quick and good that's all I can say.

Easy ordering and the lemon pepper seasoning is unbelievably addictive.

Sorry I hate spending money on food n it turns out to be terrible, purchased the #19 shrimp n 3 whiting. Per receipt it says 8 large shrimp (shrimp wasn't large) n 3 whiting (fish was freezer burnt. Not fresh) cost w drink about $16

Young lady I'll give her for trying her best in understanding people hard, yet still had trouble. She constantly wanted to give me extra fries after I stated green beans n STILL did not put green beans on my order. Giving me EXTRA fries.

Me and my lady love this place 100 percent there fish and chicken strips with lemon pepper I highly recommend to everyone

I don't have any complaints. I ordered and they filled it. I ordered wings and fries and was satisfied with what I received.

I recently made a 1 star review here. We had a bad experience on Super Bowl Sunday. But after all was said and done, the owner personally reached out to me and really went above and beyond to make it right. He expressed sincere accountability on behalf of his staff and displayed great customer service!!
Regardless of how the staff handled a stressful situation, ultimately the owner is the true reflection of this business. I cannot express how much that makes a huge impact. I truly give them the benefit of the doubt, that that day was just overwhelming and not the best first impression for us. We will for sure be ordering from them again! Their food is amazing!! Today was my first time trying Luna's, I ordered through DoorDash. I was craving fish and decided to give this establishment a try. I ordered the 8pc Shrimp with 3pc Whiting with 2 sides (baked beans and potato salad) and a canned soda. The whiting was very disappointing as it was overcooked and rubbery. The sides were also underwhelming, the baked beans did not taste like baked beans but like a poorly doctored up can of pork&beans. The potato salad was just not it. The only 2 items I enjoyed were the Shrimp with Luna Sauce and the canned Pepsi (hence the 2 star rating). I probably won't buy from here again because as a Foodie I don't enjoy wasting $30+ on less than mid food.

Chicken is great!!! Busy and good service, just very little room to wait...

Today I stumbled upon Luna’s Chicken N Seafood in Gladstone and WOW! I got the 4 Wings 2 Catfish combo. Subbed okra for slaw. This was $15.50 and included a can of soda. $1.20 up charge for the substitution but SO worth it! Everything was delicious. So much food but I have an air fryer and I wanted to sample all this. I can’t seem to tag them but they are at 7403 N Oak Trfy. Be sure to read the owner’s story on the wall. (I posted on my group KC Northland Foodies)

Food is solid. Service is a tad slow. Only true problem I see is another business opening up in a black community with zero black employees. Spend your money where you see people that look like you being employed.

Chicken wings, catfish and fries delivered, ordered hot sauce and Luna’s sauce too. The wings are crispy and great, the catfish was very good, and so were the fries.
