This spot is the one I always prefer. I eat in many restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very helpful and the cooking they serve is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I had the Monday special, the End game sandwich. It is burnt ends topped with pepler jack cheese and a jalapeño aioli. The meat was well cooked and smoked. It wasn't overly fatty as burnt ends are sometimes. The fries are hand cut Anne fried - not quite crispy enough for me and the beans are well flavored and rich with meat. Overall a very nice lunch for 9 bucks. I will definable go back. The staff was very friendly and attentive another plus

Don't expect this place to compare the greats like Authur Bryant's, Joe's KC, Gates, etc., but if you keep the competition out of mind this place is fantastic. You get great prices for the quantity, AMAZING atmosphere (live band on Fridays), and good drink prices. This is close to our house and we frequent it often. Highly preferred
I always go just after the lunch rush and I have never been disappointed. Never. If you like BBQ and aren't afraid it ordering whatever's for the lunch special you'll never go wrong. Their Hog Heaven basket is great, but I've eaten there everyday if there week and all the specials are fantastic! Oh yeah, they have Smoked Bologna sandwiches, with every penny! Wait staff are friendly, but not clingy, smiles, direct to the point and Wham-O you good pops out piping hot and fresh as it gets. Don't miss an opportunity to try this place out.

Well... Hoping this is just a case of being a Monday and 10 min before the kitchen closed but the "BBQ" reminded me way to much grandma's crockpot pork, brisket her roast beef, and the sausage had no comparison. Not even certain the meat was even smoked. Didn't have a chance to really taste the pulled pork as it already had the sauce mixed in. Sausage needed sauce just to make it palatable. Bright side was the french fries were great, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Added a star for that.

We reserved a table for New Year's Eve. The service was good, the drinks good and the appetizers were decent. What no one told us, including our server, was that the kitchen closes early and the cover charge that night was twice what the regular charge is (for nights with a band). So we have no idea what the actual food is like. We were ready to spend money on entrees, and being in the New Year with more drinks. But instead we sat there with no food, finished our drink, and by 10:30 were were headed home. By then most of the place was empty so we weren't the only ones disappointed.
