A great family place. Took my daughter here to celebrate her 23rd birthday. It had things for the entire family to do including my 5 yr old grand child. Awesome place.

We were told that tickets would be included when purchasing a game card. We even went back to the front desk to ask again. Not only can you not play half the games, but the other half are broken. Spent $80 on game cards and got nothing out of it. Probably won’t be returning.

That place is super good

Was pretty disappointed almost half the games I tried to play were broken or turned off. Lost half my credits to broken games.

I am pretty disappointed. This place has a bunch of broken games. We probably lost 20% of our credits to broken games. I complained to the front desk and they just said, “Yeah, we know.” They weren’t surprised by my complaint at all so I’m guessing they hear it all the time. Pretty crappy for how much money you pay for a night of video games.

Came for a fun morning of arcade games. Almost a third of the games were shut off, broken, and the balls/pucks sick or missing. Staff was all very young and lacked basic communication skills.

Spent the evening bowling with friends and family. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and shown to our bowling lane. The kiddos loved the themed bowling and the menu was perfect to accommodate every one of our kids tastes. Can’t wait to come back again!

Service is awful. Paid $74 dollars for the special pass. Two pool tables were WIDE OPEN and was told there was a 30-45 minute wait to get balls. The tables stayed un-attended. Takes forever to get drinks at the bar. I could build a wall around China by the time it takes for someone to take my order.

Don't come here if you want to bowl. Spend $100 for the family to bowl and spent half the time we had waiting for them to reset the lanes. Our lane broke 3 times with a 5-10 min wait between fixing waste of time and money I won't be returning

Drinks expensive but more ice than liquid, waited for bowling lane just to get a lane that kept messing up had to get it fixed twice then it continued to mess up dropping out pins or not resetting correctly. TV behind us only had half the picture working. Server asked if I wanted drinks I said not right now and he never came back but helped the people next to us all night.

I had called to see what options and services they had and prices for my bf’s birthday. I spoke with Mae the event coordinator and she was very sweet and recommended a lot of great things for our situation with kids and adults. Some wanted to play games and only certain people in my party wanted bowling so she spoke with me and talked me through my best options. She had great customer service and I appreciate her going the extra mile by sitting there and talking on the phone with me about my personal requests. Thank you so much Mae! We need more people like you in customer service girl!
