buddy & I stopped by for takeout mid-hike on Tomahawk/Indian Creek Trail. quick order at the counter, a few minutes of people watching on 103rd St, & food was ready. he went with Grilled Sausage Sandwich w/ onions/peppers/potatoes. I had Fat Marco Polo Sandwich (salami, mortadella, capicola, provolone, garlic butter, onions, olives).

Both were DELICIOUS. Meats were so tasty, bread was fresh & crusty & yummy 😋

fast, polite, attentive service. place was clean & staff was very friendly & cool. can't wait to come back! cheers!

Horrible, the sausage sandwich was an embassament compared to how it was made years ago at 75th and Wornall, dry tasteless offered with mustard, no way. My grandsons spaghetti was cooked right, sauce worthless meatball processed. My daughters chicken parm sandwich was OK, that's it, never go back.

My wife and I love trying different Italian Restaurants in the area and by far you guys are on the A LIST!!!!! We definitely will be coming back to eat at Jaspers. We had Marco Polo the Italian deli there and it was true Italian food!! We will be back soon!!

The main reason for my post is the adorable, friendly service at the register, Sarah! She is a gem, so nice and happy to be there! Service like hers is so rare now days!
The eggplant parm sandwich is a crunchy one, so good! My hubs fav is the Italian sausage with peppers and potatoes!
There's a few covered/shaded, outdoor tables to eat at as well!

There was nothing bad about the food and experience but nothing good either! Sauce was tasteless, tuna salad was very sweet, the cheapest, thinnest napkins came from a one-at-a-time dispenser and the silverware was so thin as to hurt if you had to hold tight (like while cutting food). We will NEVER go back. What a disappointment!

After having a wonderful dinner at Jaspers, we decided to get sandwiches at Marco's a few days later. My husband got the "fat Marco's " while I had the "famous sausage" sandwich. My husband couldn't stop raving about how delicious his sandwich was while mine was hard, dry, and on a hot dog roll!! There were a couple of slivers of onions and peppers and a couple slices of rock hard potatoes. And yellow mustard!! No self respecting Italian puts yellow mustard on a sausage sandwich...
I'm a Jersey girl and I know good Italian food, this sandwich totally missed the mark!
Juicy sausages, lots of grilled onions + peppers w/garlic & sauce, on a crusty roll. THAT'S the way its done!!
Tonight we're eating sandwiches again. I'm trying the meatball and really hope it's better.

I have not been here in 10 years, but my return was not stellar. The staff were wonderful, but my chicken panini was very poorly prepared. The chicken breast was like leather...chewy and dry and the cheese was limited. The pesto on the sandwich was it's only redeeming quality. Rather disappointing.

This place has the feeling and quality of fast food Italian. Marinara meat sauce is like watered down tomatoe sauce. Nearly no meat in it at all. The Garlic bread, which you have to pay extra for was hard as a rock and doesn't even taste like it has any garlic in it. Tossed salad said it had pepperoni on it, mine had only 1. It was also suppose to have Italian dressing on it but it just had oil. Nothing has any seasoning. Everything was very bland. It costed 40.00 for lunch.I do not recommend this place. We will not return. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.??

Looking for good pizza? Give this place a try. It's going to be a little different than what's expected from a place like Pizza Hut or Papa John's, but trust me when I say your taste buds will thank you later. If this place was closer to where we lived, we would be coming here every single time.
