Food was delivered through DoorDash and was clearly tampered with. Seal was broken drink was half empty and I can’t call because they don’t take calls….left voicemails for a refund nothing. Left email nothing. I don’t what kind of business they are running but it’s not very professional. Not happy

Came out @ 12:45 only to be disappointed because they were closed at 12:45 Thursday. 😕 I went back today and it was really worth the wait the sampler platter is really good. If you’ve never had Vegan don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.🩷🩷

The breakfast sandwich was pretty good. They were unfortunately out of bacon though. I also got a side of hashbrowns, and was disappointed to find out they're just the little frozen hashbrown rounds for $6.

Alright, there's a special thing that happens sometimes with vegan food, it's like magic, it somehow is better than the thing it is trying to imitate. That's this hidden gems strength. I have been 5 times, every time I try something different, every time I leave happy and full. Spare some time, everything is made to order. Don't miss this place.

I come from a town where there are no options for vegetarian or vegan. This was a wonderful experience for being my first time. Food was so good and favorable . The woman that helped had a beautiful heart soul.
I took my husband to Mattie's to experience their amazing food. I was introduced to their food at a public event that their food truck was at. I had the BBQ chik'n nachos and my my hubby had the chik'n Philly. I am in love with their nachos- such a generous portion of yummy deliciousness. My husband was quite pleased with his chik/n Philly as well. He is a meat and potatoes guy-but had only good things to say about his vegan sandwich. He also ate half my nachos and agreed with my rave reviews of them. We shared a berry lemonade and it did not disappoint either. Can't wait to introduce the rest of the family to Mattie's.

My noodles were over cooked. The saitan was perfect, but this dish needed a crunch a green pepper a peanut, a bread crumb, a bowl of celery.. something. The sandwich was perfection. For a vegan place unexpected paper straws, paper cups, recycling, compost... There are some partnerships that could be made here. Has great potential to be a community hub.

New to the Kansas City scene, and constantly looking for good Vegan eats. My fiancé recommended this place for my quasi , “cheat meal.” Typically I eat really clean, with little heat/cooking. After my GPS spun me around the block a couple of times, I found the parking lot!????♂️ There was an awesome woman who greeted me when I came in, and gave me recommendations for the menu. I ordered the nachos with Jackfruit (mild). Everything is made in house, and fresh. What sold me on the nachos is the homemade cashew cheese! This restaurant is recognized as Globally Vegan! My food arrived hot, and quickly. My cheat meal was an awesome success! It was fresh, colorful, and tasted great!!! I also ordered a fresh lemonade, which also tasted great. ? Don’t ask about the calories because I went there as a cheat meal. Great experience, from a great place! I will recommend to anyone looking for a vegan place, with great food! My only selfish request is for the restaurant to stay open longer! Keep up the great work!

Absolutely lovely in every possible way! Staff was so friendly and helpful, food was delicious, and the restaurant is adorable. I was in vegan heaven and very happy to have a whole menu of delicious options to pick from. The quesadilla reminded me of eating a “real” quesadilla and the food tasted closer to the non-vegan versions than anything I’ve had in the 6+ years without meat. Everything was so good and if we lived closer I think we would be here every day :)
