This McDonald's is in a kind of bad area. So it makes you a little nervous sitting through the drive-thru cuz you don't know what's going to come up behind you. Otherwise their food is good and most the time good service

Honestly one of the best McDonalds in the city. Food is always fresh and piping hot, the people are cool and don't give any hassle, and it's cleaner than any other fast food joint in the surrounding zip codes.However, since the drive through was replaced with a robot, I can never get the system to read my order correctly. I know I have a bit of an accent, but I've never had a human have that many issues.The kiosks work just fine, and the robot is a corporate problem.

The stupid AI tried to take my order. Which may work with basic orders but not with changes to meals and multiple orders of same meal differently.
Was at this location last night, Sunday around 8:50pm and my cousin had paid for and got her food and Dr pepper when she took a drink it was nothing but carbonation. She asked the VERY rude female cashier with long black dreads if she could please have a coke instead. This employee preceded to help the person on my cousin's left skipped my cousin again helped the one on the right So when I asked someone else to help The female employee said and I quote" I should hit you in the face lady" then her and the entire kitchen staff were laughing after she called me a white cracker. Not only did this very rude female employee threaten me but it immediately turned into a hate crime when she called me "white cracker". I called the cops and will be taking this to corporate as well.
