Quick service, even after I switch from drive thru to pick for my mobile order

This is McDonald's. However it seems like many other McDs that it has lost it's soul. It's just bland and boring to go to now and it's so frustrating to get drinks refilled with no self serve station.

Breakfast items are definitely where McDonald's shines with their menu. The lane design in concept is smart to help with traffic flow, but the McDonald's is almost up on a hill so the parking lot is small to accommodate nature. The line almost always seems to be backed up around the building as a result of the smaller sized parking lot. It is a nightmare to pull out of a parking spot as a result.

I had ordered a small vanilla shake and with that I got my free fries because I went through my app. The service was slow to get at the drive-through to get anybody to help me out then I sat for over five minutes in your drive-through lane when I pulled up to the window, they were waiting on fries. I’m a DoorDash driver while sitting for the over five minutes that I sat there before they decided to move the two cars in front of me up. I got an order when I said to the woman I can’t wait 10 minutes for fries. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away and was talking about it. I don’t appreciate it when I called and said something to the manager she’s like yeah OK OK no apologies until I said well. I guess I’m not gonna get anywhere with this person either because all you do is say OK OK I said you’re no better than the person in your drive-through. It never used to be that way and you took away one of the best managers over there and put her down at 6300 N. Oak and now this McDonald’s has gone downhill. I don’t know what’s going on there and I don’t care but the service sucks there now.

Terrible customer service from management team it’s insane how no one cares to do there job and be respectful. I got called an asshole by one of the managers heather because her drive thru crew member can’t take orders correctly. I literally get the same meal every time and ask cook to order and my food is never fresh I give them the food back and it’s like a problem and they get upset when asked to do there job once again. Never get napkins and a new manger don’t know her name kept cutting me off sighing and basically threw my bag at me rushing me out the line while I didn’t have my refund yet . I’m tired of it something needs to change immediately. It should never be a problem asking for what I’m paying for to be correct and the lobby looked absolutely disgusting today . Won’t be seeing me again any time soon

It's crazy to me how often they get the orders wrong
The place was clean and the food was decent. The service was ok.
My partner found a piece of metal wire in her burger.
It was nasty outside and it was the only place open and they were dead, so the food was great and fresh.
