It's great for what it is!

The worst of the worst in service. Food is never hot and usually orders are wrong. Now the only way to order is using the app and the drive-thru. No longer can you drive through and place an order. No longer can you go inside and order unless you use the kiosk and ost times they aren't working. Was there this morning and a customer inside said it took him 15 minutes to get the kiosk to take his order and he had been waiting 25 minutes for his food. He thinks the order never processed but not one employee would help him by checking the order.
This location simply needs to close down immediately.

I just ordered here and received a chicken sandwich with a missing bun as well as missing the extra ingrediants I had ordered. If you're not going to give the customer what they ordered, at least mention the issue or that it's unavailable instead of ripping your customers off because that's extra money you pay for. I feel robbed. I'd expect better from a renonwn establishment.

I ordered from the mobile app for pick up and they didn’t receive my order I waited one hour and I told the staff I had a pick up order and they never made it and this is how my sandwich was made 😒

I ordered drinks online, went through the drive through and gave them my app order number. They proceeded to tell me they had it and come around to the window. Then a girl opens the window and say “we are out of carbonated beverages to you want tea, lemonade or water.”

I haven't got a frappe in a while, because it seemed to have changed recipes!? I got one today because it sounded so good after a long day & it was definitely one of the best I've had in a very long time! 💙🥰 Please keep making it that way & I'll totally come back again! It's right next to The Better Car Wash I work at & sometimes I definitely need one! 🤪😁

This McDonald’s is by far the worst one I have ever been to. One of the managers that was working tonight was very rude. Didn’t let me finish my order because he sent it out already when I never told him I was done. When I got to the window to fix my order he would not let me because they already finished my food. He was very rude and almost seemed like he was on something. Never again coming to this McDonald’s.

Terrible customer service. We made an order through the app, and gave the order code at the drive thru, and were told to pull up to the window. After a very long wait, got to the window, where the staff yelled at us saying we had to check in at the speaker and to go around and go through the line again. Huge waste of time, and awful customer service.

Went through the drive thru last night for a simple McFlurry. While I’m waiting for my order I asked for a water. The man in the window tells me he can do it for me but next time I need to order my water when I order…. So I asked what if I just now decided I want one? He then repeats himself and tells me they need to charge me for the water cup. So I then ask again, … what if I just now decided I want a water? Then what? He then tells me he isn’t trying to be an asshole.. so I said yeah. Ok. That’s pretty poor customer service. Water is free in a water cup and takes 5 seconds to make. This was a grown man also. He needs to be trained again. He can’t handle simple task that are a part of his work function.
