Got off work stopped by to Order a Steak big breakfast w/ hot cakes. Got home to take care of my 17mo so my wife can go to work only to find out there's no steak. Called & no answer. Will go up soon as my 17mo awakes.

Management doesn’t help customers and apparently when you order on the app, and it won’t show up in their end-they will be rude and also ignore you and not offer any type of help or even consider giving you the food you already prepaid for. Horrible service! Tried handing me the wrong order! Had me reorder it on my app, then STILL DIDN’T SHOW UP IN THEIR SYSTEM, I went inside and by that time BREAKFAST WAS OVER & manager was too busy to help me. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Do better!

I went to get me a bacon egg n cheese meal and I got no bacon on my biscuit. The line was long and waited all that time n to pay for something I didn't get is bad business. Don't go through the drive threw they will mess your order up cause by the time u figured out what's in the bad it's too late to go back, especially when u are go I ng to work

Bad attitude while picking up door dash... dangers aren't paid enough to deliver let alone deal with that attitude. At night 50% of our time is in thru drive thru.

The man taking our messed it up realized it when we went to pay, we were up charged for drinks, and noticed a couple problems with orders on receipt) and we explained the mess up, and they said they fixed it when we we went to second window, checked bags quickly, got home and orders were still messed up and they even forgot nuggets and wrong hamburgers . So much for asking for fresh fries. We had to come back a manager named Veronica basically blamed us for not parking in lot to check bags and was so rude when all we wanted was what they forgot after we made them aware of mistake before leaving drive through line. Her poor attitude and simply not understanding what they did wrong and how to make it right. Wellafter 10mins I just asked for refund and went to a different McDonalds. Seriously do better there is literally a McDonald’s on every corner.

8/24/25 about 9:30 am - This was my very last visit at this location. I have given them so many chances and each and every time they continue to have lousy service. First goof was while ordering my breakfast I asked if they were still offering buy one sandwich get one for $1.00. She said we have buy one get one for $5.00. The sandwich was only $4.00, so this didn't make sense at all. I sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes and not one car moved so I finally just left the line and went someplace else. Glad i didnt prepay. Terrible service and rude employees every single time.
