Took my son for an interview. They tell us the hiring manager is not there and to come back tomorrow same time. We take him back same time the next day and they tell us again to come back the next day. We go back a 3rd time and they tell us the same thing. If you don't want to hire someone just tell them.

They should have the stars go backwards as well because you have 10 stars going backwards.I have not eaten at McDonald's in probably 5 years.. the food is always terrible no matter what location you go to. But I'm particularly talking about the 9851 Northeast Barry road location. The morning crew is terrible. And it is all orchestrated by a very tiny Latino woman who should not be in the customer service business at all. Let alone be a manager!! I come in for coffee almost every morning.. I pay for the first one and 50% of the time it's wrong.. McDonald's policy states that there are free refills.. so whenever I go get the second one either I'm ignored by the Latino lady. Then she will bring the pot of coffee over to me. Make me take the lid off my cup pours it into my cup. And then does not give me any cream or sugar like I asked for so then I've got to ask for it again. and then she gets upset with me.. I swear she acts like I am putting her out in some way shape or form. Normally I wouldn't post anything. But it's been raining all morning and I went to get a third cup of coffee and she told me no.i had already had 3 in front of other people and that was absolutely not true. I've been keeping my mouth shut about this for quite some time.its time for somebody to do something about this little woman. The only reason I come there is for the coffee. You go there after 2:00 in the afternoon there's a couple of them that work there that are decent. But I highly suggest do not go there for breakfast ever.. and I will be contacting using essig. And giving them the what's for.

I work here and some people who review this place are just sensitive and dramatic. Especially all the people who get mad at me cause they’re too broke to pay for their meals, or their fries are too cold after coming out of a 500 degree fryer, or you’re having a bad day and decided it’s a good idea to throw a Sprite at me. I fully believe the customers need to realize that it’s not all about you and we just want you to hurry and get your food and leave. Learn to respect people please.
Skip this McD’s and go to the one 5 more miles north on 35. The place smelled like a dirty bathroom and we went back to the counter 3 times because they messed up our order! Management MUST change to live up to McDonald’s standards of service and cleanliness.

Employees won't even turn around when you're at the counter needing assistance. There's no soda machine accessible to customers anymore. The coffee is always burnt tasting. I don't expect much from an MDs but this doesn't even reach that bar. Oh and $22 for two people, crazy.

Sucks that night crew is so incredibly overwhelmed or just don't care it can't make up for their great day crew. The day crew makes me forget not to order here at night. Constantly having issues with the speakers and skipping orders or ignoring a speaker for 15 min at a time. I have a child I can't be jumping through hoops just to get my food. And when I try to call for a refund? Phone is busy. Not cool and it's been months now come on guys. Gotta remember to just avoid this one all together from now on too much time and money wasted.

Went through the drive-thru at approximately 1:45 a.m. the man at the window was very polite read my order back completely triple check to make sure I left with the correct order even going as far as making me piping hot friesParking: Plenty of Open spaces at the time that I went through
