I have lived around this McDonald's for years and every time I decide to get some food it is terrible, soggy oily fries, food is dry and tastes nothing like McDonald's in my opinion. Staff is super nice, friendly and courteous! Its not the staff is the standards . Don't say contact us , just look at the rating and fix it!

Website and app says location opens at 5 am, location doesn't open til 6 apparently. So you make a mobile order you have to wait 30 min for them too open. Poor management and apparently nobody smart enough to update website.

This is my local mcdonald’s however I am often so disappointed with the service which sucks because it’s the one closest to me. I ordered online at 3:10 i got there at about 3:20 and went in the drive thru the drive through was a standstill after i had checked in which is no problem at all because i know they get busy and sometimes are under staffed especially around 3. However what is not okay is that I went in and stood at the front counter and was walked past several times by workers who saw me there, made eye contact, and not a single one asked how they could help me or what i was waiting on. 15 minutes passed before I had to yell “excuse me” to the back to get someone’s attention to help me get my food. All of these workers saw me there and 2 of them weren’t even busy. Very disappointing and they have awful workers who ignore customers at the front counter.

As a DoorDash driver it says Order is READY when it isn’t . STOP 🛑 pulling tickets until order is Finished! I could’ve stayed in vehicle until instead of watching my order get past up 20 mins . Wasted Time !

It's been 22 min since my order and still no food coming out. Finally asked someone and they gave me drink cups. For fast food, I'd skip it.
Got pranked with several 4 count nugget containers of big mac sauce added to my bag. Had me laughing so hard

Extremely slow service, staff apparently either don't understand English or need hearing aids because me along with 3 other people had to repeat ourselves when ordering, you have to double check and make sure they gave you what you paid for because they will hand you food that is not yours or will not give you everything i.e. leave stuff out. They will try to make you pay twice, so keep that in mind. The younger staff tend to have a problem with cussing and using racial slurs, so keep that in mind if you decide to go as well.

By far the slowest location I ever been to. Waited at curbside pick up for more than 25 mins, and top it off I'm missing part of my order!!! Will never be back to this location. If you're looking for fast service and a complete full order. I suggest you go to a different location because this location is not it!
