I’m so fed up with never getting what I’ve ordered. It’s so frequent that this location screws up our order that it’s an actual surprise and celebratory event if it comes out accurate. I have no clue if it’s poor management or a game from the employees who work here to just mess everything up. We’re normally either missing several items or there will be the correct shout of sandwiches inside the bag. And upon opening they aren’t even the correct ones. This place need a negative review. The owner of this franchise has to be sick of hearing how bad it is. Why not just correct this?

Lady taking orders in the drive thru was very rude messed up our order, needs to get her ears checked, she kept asking us what we wanted to order in a very rude manor as we were trying to correct her mess ups.

Ordered on the app and once in the store in liberty on ash rd. I was there 30 seconds and they placed the bag of food up for me to take and I made the drink and while still there the staff in the back is so loud and idk what’s going on but one of them keeps gagging over and over and it’s disgusting to think your serving people food and gagging and expect other not to be turned off by this in a restaurant. Why wouldn’t that person go into the back away from the front. Not sure what all the yelling and sounded like general messing around but once I left and got 4 min to my house I realize the fries are way over cooked and cold, the double cheese I ordered special so it would come hot and fresh was also cold and the cheese was not at all melted. This place isn’t where people deserve to make the amount an hour they do if they can’t be serious all the time and get every single order cooked right and put correctly to customers. Pay attention and know that gagging in your store around people trying to eat is disgusting!!! Do better

Pathetic. Placed a mobile app order for a single iced coffee. Optioned to pick up in the drive thru. After waiting for 4-5 minutes at the intercom with zero acknowledgement, switched it curbside. Waited another 6-7 minutes curbside for my single iced coffees before going inside. Once inside I was also never acknowledged, although the ditsy red head I believe to be the manager made eye contact numerous times. Still never came up to ask me what I was in for. Back out in my truck writing this review. I still do don’t have my single iced coffees before. Verified order was placed at correct location. 9701 N Ash in Kiberty needs a competent manager and probably all new staff. Cars parked ever Just waiting. Was not that way 30 minutes ago when I showed up. Unbelievable 😂

When I went to check to see if they were opened on Christmas and still saids opened at 7:30pm Christmas night it wasn’t very misleading.
