The kid who took my order she was rude. For no reason. She kept interrupting me with an additude. I dont expect workers to be super friendly. I get it. However, she was blantenly rude. Also, teach your employees how to count to 10. Constantly only giving 9 nuggets. I will also add, the food was cold.

The worst Mcdonalds we have ever been to. There has been three times now that we have gone here and asked for xtra toppings and they give us burgers with NOTHING on them to spite us. It’s not that hard to do your job. The order taker at the speaker is also constantly rushing and cutting us off. Horrible place.

I’m so fed up with never getting what I’ve ordered. It’s so frequent that this location screws up our order that it’s an actual surprise and celebratory event if it comes out accurate. I have no clue if it’s poor management or a game from the employees who work here to just mess everything up. We’re normally either missing several items or there will be the correct shout of sandwiches inside the bag. And upon opening they aren’t even the correct ones. This place need a negative review. The owner of this franchise has to be sick of hearing how bad it is. Why not just correct this?
Ordered a Big Mac Minecraft meal and I got the drink and fries and that’s it. Big Mac meal…..doesn’t include Big Mac??

Lady taking orders in the drive thru was very rude messed up our order, needs to get her ears checked, she kept asking us what we wanted to order in a very rude manor as we were trying to correct her mess ups.

Ordered on the app and once in the store in liberty on ash rd. I was there 30 seconds and they placed the bag of food up for me to take and I made the drink and while still there the staff in the back is so loud and idk what’s going on but one of them keeps gagging over and over and it’s disgusting to think your serving people food and gagging and expect other not to be turned off by this in a restaurant. Why wouldn’t that person go into the back away from the front. Not sure what all the yelling and sounded like general messing around but once I left and got 4 min to my house I realize the fries are way over cooked and cold, the double cheese I ordered special so it would come hot and fresh was also cold and the cheese was not at all melted. This place isn’t where people deserve to make the amount an hour they do if they can’t be serious all the time and get every single order cooked right and put correctly to customers. Pay attention and know that gagging in your store around people trying to eat is disgusting!!! Do better
