The floor was greasy throughout the restaurant. The men's bathroom was dirty, and reeked of urine.On the front line there was about 5 teenagers who payed more attention to their coworkers conversation than the customers.One young man had on sagging jeans, with most of his underwear showing. And the manager wearing his untucked shirt went out to the parking lot, smoked a cigarette in clear view, while hanging out with his girlfriend!

Can you ever get the order right every time the order is mess up come on management train your employees we had to go back after we came home to get what you didn't right
We came here to eat as a family with our kids . The napkins were out of stock all if the area of bigger capacity seating were dirty it took us 15 mins to get our food only after we had to ask them where our food was. My husband took a bite out of his burger and it was literally raw. Nasty! We asked for a refund and left. Will never come this location again and if my husband gets sick we will know why. On the next business day their corporate is open they will be hearing about this experience too.
