This is the only McDonald's I go to granted sometimes the ice cream machine doesn't work but that burgers are fresh and they are not dry The place is clean the service is fast fries are always hot The burgers are always juicy in fact I'm going to go there now I'll talk myself into going to the best McDonald's in Kansas City five Star rating hands down the best McDonald's for food quality quick service and clean atmosphere.
This McDonald's is a bit slow, but it's due to being understaffed. They're pretty accurate with the orders, but sometimes it can be a little ghetto overall cleanliness of the store could use some improvement.Especially the bathrooms
Gave it 4 stars because it's MacDonald's, but this store was particularly rude & didn't get order completely correct. First of all the drive through lady was literally on her phone three entire time and she was giving me my order. I kept asking questions & she kept answering quickly & going back to get conversation. I ordered my meal a certain way & they didn't comply either. Bad service, bad substitutions, bad really so around.
