Out of lettuce and tomato on a Saturday afternoon….. your new item and half the other menu items require lettuce or tomato…….. and the lady on the microphone rude.

Swung by this McDonald’s late at night — place was actually fairly clean, which is always a win at that hour. Ordered through the self-service kiosk, smooth process. Used my rewards and got two burgers for $0 — not gonna lie, that kinda lifted my mood at 1AM. The Quarter Pounder hit the spot, solid as usual. The regular cheeseburger though? Meh, kind of a letdown. Still, free food tastes better no matter what. Wouldn’t mind stopping by again if I’m rolling through late.

Back in the day when you requested something extra on your burger they didn't charge anything, so it wasn't a big deal if you drove off and noticed you didn't get it. But today I paid extra to have you put a second squit of tartar sauce on my fish burger and noticed 5 miles away I didn't get that extra. Of coarse I'm not going to turn around and drive backwards for my 70 cents, but I am going to leave a negative review and put your next customer on notice that they have to look before they leave as you can't be trusted to do that simple task.

Worst damn mcdonalds in the area. ESPECIALLY if your black! Managers rude, they barely get orders right and thats only IF they choose to even serve you. Definitely not returning to this bs location. I see why they have 2.5 stars now. Just trash!!

The lady working here hates customers and really would rather you go somewhere else. The food was great but that lady needs a new job. And I was the only customer!!!!

They need to get the equipment fixed so we can use the kiosks, shouldn’t be told we can’t use it and have to order at the counter because they can’t see the orders or whatever the hell they were talking about right after I used my discount code like come on get it together now I gotta wait to use it again😤

Me and my coworker ordered mobile orders, I told the lady at the speaker. They took our codes and I told her my name, she said alright pull up to the window. I did, then she immediately tried handing us two large sweet teas, I said oh no I have a coke he has a diet coke she said no two large sweet teas, I said no I have so and so and he has so and so. Then she gets frustrated and hands the head piece to an employee and is trying to figure out their mistake. She sees my order hands me my coke and Mcdouble while saying you said your name was Addison, I said no ma'am I said Amanda and she said well I called you Addison and you said yes, and that's when I informed her I'm hard of hearing my apologies and she still had an attitude. Then told us to park so they can figure out his order, sure no problem. Then I asked if I could purchase big mas sauce because the app would not let me, and she yells omg sure. Then we wait 8 minutes to them to bring my coworkers food out, and then mumbled trash talk after rudely saying and here's your Big Mac sauce good bye. I don't know her name, but she's missing her front teeth and she was the manager. Managers should be able to handle stress and pressure pretty well, and she clearly could not. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald's, the entire time we were worried they spat in our food and how she spoke to us all because she couldn't handle simple two McDonald's online orders.

Apparently whan you order a McGriddles you have to ask for sausage and the still charged me full price.the employee how answering the phone was rude. Telling me I had to ask for meat then hung up on me

How do you serve someone cold chicken nuggets!! After I was waiting for 5-7 minutes.

Then don’t answer the phone when I call them to complain.
What happened to if you wouldn’t eat it why serve it to someone else.
This world we live in is getting worse and worse everyday

Today November 22, 2024 at 10 PM. I enter this location and I order through the mobile app at the table number 106 and I waited more than 40 minutes and the food doesn’t come to my table when I walk to the counter my food was sitting there for half hour and the lady who served the food she see me about four times every time she keep looking at me and she knows she have to bring the food to the table, but she never did she make my food became cold. That’s very bad service the guy in there he’s better than her if she doesn’t want to work and serve the public, she shouldn’t come to work in her I hope somebody was something about it. That’s why I’m gonna leave the table like this.

Dining room is relatively clean, but it’s all downhill from there. Ordered using the app for table service. Order took somewhere around 12 minutes to prepare. Finally, a woman came walking around the dining room yelling at my table number. I showed her the number on my table, and her response was, “Yeah, but they’re kinda hard to see.“ They’re not really hard to see if you do your job and just walk around and look at the tables.

Fries were hot. One of the two pockets of fries was inverted, so half of my fries were on the bottom of the box. My Coke was covered with Coke. My cheeseburger was room temperature with almost no mustard or ketchup, and a single slice of pickle folded on itself. Old and dry.

Employee didn’t feel like walking around the dining room looking at tables. Similarly, the trash receptacles are on the opposite side of the dining room, and I don’t feel like walking all the way over there, so…

Every once in a while, a fast food restaurant surprises me. Not this time.
