Today November 22, 2024 at 10 PM. I enter this location and I order through the mobile app at the table number 106 and I waited more than 40 minutes and the food doesn’t come to my table when I walk to the counter my food was sitting there for half hour and the lady who served the food she see me about four times every time she keep looking at me and she knows she have to bring the food to the table, but she never did she make my food became cold. That’s very bad service the guy in there he’s better than her if she doesn’t want to work and serve the public, she shouldn’t come to work in her I hope somebody was something about it. That’s why I’m gonna leave the table like this.

Dining room is relatively clean, but it’s all downhill from there. Ordered using the app for table service. Order took somewhere around 12 minutes to prepare. Finally, a woman came walking around the dining room yelling at my table number. I showed her the number on my table, and her response was, “Yeah, but they’re kinda hard to see.“ They’re not really hard to see if you do your job and just walk around and look at the tables.
Fries were hot. One of the two pockets of fries was inverted, so half of my fries were on the bottom of the box. My Coke was covered with Coke. My cheeseburger was room temperature with almost no mustard or ketchup, and a single slice of pickle folded on itself. Old and dry.
Employee didn’t feel like walking around the dining room looking at tables. Similarly, the trash receptacles are on the opposite side of the dining room, and I don’t feel like walking all the way over there, so…
Every once in a while, a fast food restaurant surprises me. Not this time.

Had horrible service . Girl in the drive thru had an attitude. She was just rude and messed up our order as always. When asked for more hot fudge on my sundae I was told they only give you a pump. I paid $1 for extra hot fudge and was given a very little bit. She said it was a pump full, it was not. My nephew took his food back in to here them all talking about the hot fudge they didn't give me.. This is a sorry sorry place

If I could rate it lower, I definitely would. Employees are constantly screaming in the back talking crap about customers, waited more than 10 minutes just to order while 3 females stood and talked the whole time. Ordered 3 simple sandwiches and even after waiting another 20 minutes for them, they were all messed up. The guy was pretty rude about it too. Even after waiting ANOTHER 10-14 minutes for my sandwiches they only gave me two out of three. I got so frustrated I left and said screw it! This place is absolutely awful, you can be 100% descriptive about your order and they can still mess it up. Then they blame you. Whoever worked September 18th between 10:10 pm- 10:50 pm needs to not work in fast food.

Fries were lathered in oil and way overcooked. All the burgers were just a mess of food thrown between two semi hard buns. It smelt so bad, and half the tabels were dirty. The chicken nuggets might have been the only good thing in the whole place. One of the 3 employees they had working was very rude. We got a slushy thing, and it busted and spilled everywhere when he handed it over and did nothing about it. The price was also ridiculous, spending almost $60 on 5 meals.

Food- food is good, that's all it's got going for it Service- rude and unfriendly people here and oh so slow, I dislike having to go to front counter to get a refill for my drinks. You got people here that are so uncaring, if they don't like their job, go somewhere else and work. Atmosphere- garbage cans almost overflowing, flies everywhere and place is so unsanitary and filthy, it's ridiculous. Congratulations, this location has been dubbed one of the worst.
