I got the steak, egg and cheese bagel meal and a big breakfast with hotcakes 🥯 🥞 🥓..food was hot, fresh, fast. Staff brought out many different condiments.

The staff is ALWAYS rude, loud and unprofessional .Today, I ordered a large coffee and there was an inch or so thick of grinds in my cup. I’m disgusted. Never ever coming here again and I’ll be sure to share my experience.Y’all should be ashamed

Of course, it is McDonald's...the founder of fast food. They do it as fast as possible. This location has a cleanliness rating of 3 out of 5. Not bad but you can tell the workers lack alot of motivation. Food was as expected. Loved the Angel Reese Meal... w/o 🥓 😆 🤣 😂

Employees are nice but the service is bad. Ordered a bacon burger with no pickles and fries with extra salt. Received a bacon burger with no bacon and fries with no salt. Also the ice cream machine seems to be perpetually broken. Overall, an incredibly common McDonald's L.

The service at this location 63rd Troost is HORRIBLE. My husband who doesn't eat eggs ordered the Big Breakfast on 1/25/25 and in place of the egg he asked to substitute an additional sausage patty. Willing to pay the difference in price and informing the lady at the drive through window he was met with loud huffing, puffing and eye rolling. After questioning her as to why he could not substitute he was informed they would do it "this time". This has never been a problem at any other location. If this McDonald's is not it the business of serving people / the public they should CLOSE this location. Sincerely Submitted an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

This particular day was very good but I had a very bad encounter a couple of months ago the workers had very bad attitudes and no customer skills but it seems as if they have corrected the problem...it was all new employees and managers.......

I have been coming to this McDonald’s my whole life and ever since I started high school my order has never been right from this place. I either get something completely different than what I ordered or I ask for no mustard and it comes with mustard. Drive the 5-15 minutes to go to a different McDonald’s.

This is by far the most ghetto dirty establishment in kansas city like eveytime i give them a chance after chance and they still mess my order up !! I bought 4 breakfast sandwich combos and large orange juices requested for condiments. Grape jelly ketchup Straws, ECT. They only gave me sandwiches .have full cups of orange juice no jelly.no ketchup no napkin nothing ?? like who wants to pay all thos money on door dash for half your order if I can give them 5 negative stars I would..
