On 4/8/2025, this location closed early and give my son problems about his pick up order. (My son chooses to live in his vehicle)I called the corporate office and told them exactly what happened that night. No one should be treated like he was treated. Very cruel!!!

I don't think this is a surprise to anyone but shake machines always broken
Drove through early Sunday morning, hoping to get some chicken nuggets for me and a pair of patties for my gluten intolerant spouse. We got cold patties with cheese side by side, rather than on top of the meat and no chicken nuggets. A complete waste of $20.
We left a vm about order #227 on Saturday night. Have not heard back. Today is Tuesday.
On top of that, the employee who helped us seemed cold, exhausted, and harassed. We tried to make her feel good with a thank you and got a stare down that communicated how miserable this Store Manager makes their employees feel. She clearly does not feel respected, valued, or supported in her work. She’s got potential, it’s a shame no one is protecting it.

You know, I've never been someone who believes we should award others for doing what's expected, but I'm seriously impressed. Middle of lunch rush, and they got my complicated order (for three people's worth of food) out in underneath 5 minutes. They got every single small detail correct. Burgers only had onions, soda had no ice, even my tea was half unsweet like requested. Truly incredible work from the staff here.
