Waited at the register inside for 10 mins before anyone came to help and then watched them make 2 orders that I heard taken after mine before getting my order. And then, when I did get it, the coffee (the only thing i ordered) was 3/4 of the way full. $2.21 and 15mins to get a 3/4c of coffee with cream and sugar... -.-

It's fast food and the quality isn't as bad as some make it to be. It's Midtown Kansas City and they do get busy. But it's 24 hour service and when you're hungry, you're hungry. Always been my go-to stop for a quick meal.

I had a bad experience at mcd's at 78th state line with those wraps every1 keeps talking about. Took home & opened it up the chicken inside was half the tender they sell. The pix tell the story #1 mcd'z #2 added Popeyes. Tasty.

Went to the restaurant today for mobile order. Rudest customer experience ever. Lady was yelling at me from the drive through window. In a tone that was beyond rude. She was a white woman with grey hair. Didn’t catch her name but she was working the first window today at 12pm.

Drive-thru was AOK for oatmeal & decaf coffee! People still exit from the entry lane going the wrong direction. A persistent design problem at almost all McD's in KC over 30 years old.
This store is a hit and miss, sometimes the food is prepared right and other times it’s prepared substandard just like there other McDonald’s on 83rd and Woarnall Rd KCMO. I live by both these McDonald’s that are located off 79th State Line and 83rd Wornall Rd but because of hit and miss food quality - I have to drive to the McDonald’s off Westport Rd & State Line KCMO. I tried the McDonald’s off 103rd State Line Rd KCMO and off 119th Roe Ave Leawood, KSand they all are hit and miss. So I have to travel back down north to the McDonald’s at Westport & State Line Rd to ensure a meal that is worth the money, it is a great value when prepared correctly.
